The Quirk Creating Hero

[3rd POV]

"Hi Kachan!" Izuku said excitedly to his blonde friend Katsumi as he and his parents entered the Bakugo household.

"Hey Izu," the blonde responded, before dragging the boy to her room "Mom told me that you went to the quirk doctor with auntie and uncle yesterday," as soon as she mentioned this, Izuku donned a sad face, he didn't like that he was going to have to  lie to his best friend, but he wanted to make sure she'd be a real one, Katsumi noticed it immediately and decided to ask, "what's wrong?"

"Well, the doctor said... I'm quirkless," he said, which was true, the doctor did say he was quirkless, legally speaking. Izuku wanted to get as far from lying as possible without telling the truth about his quirk so he decided to settle with half truths.

"... really?" she asked, unable to believe that the worst outcome happened.

"I won't be developing a quirk," he answered, also true, since it was already developed.

Katsumi didn't know what to think, to be fair, she was only three, she was worried that he might be hurt, especially if he still wanted to be a hero, but then again, she had heard him ramble about that hero 'EraserHead', who essentially fought quirkless. So Izuku could be like him, an underground hero if she remembered correctly, lay low and fight thugs. But... she wanted to be sure of what he was planning to do.

"Do you still wanna be a hero?" was all she asked, keeping it straight to the point, Izuku looked up at her with hope, but for a different reason than she thought.

"Yeah," he said with a smile so bright it made her want to destroy the sun.

"What kind?" she then asked, the boy then donned a thoughtful expression.

"Just... one that helps people, not for money, or fame, but just for others, like EraserHead!" he said, starting off quiet and slow, but finishing off with excitement. Katsumi just sighed in relief.

"Okay... just promise me you won't get hurt," she said with a small tint of red over her face, he gave her another huge smile, this one bigger than the last.

"Of course, Kachan," he said, unbelievably happy that his friend was still his friend, however, he knew he'd have to be wary for when her quirk awakens.

(Downstairs)

"So, what exactly happened at the doctors for Izuku to be telling Kastuki that he's quirkless?" asked Mitsuki, she had exceptional hearing despite being married to a man who could make explosions by slamming his hands together... that and she never actually bothered to get rid of Katsumi's baby monitor. "Especially given the fact that you were going because A. he created a glowing ball in his hands and B. he actually altered your quirk to removed your hunger" she added, Hisashi took a deep breath in.

"Izuku's quirk allows him to create, edit and delete quirks," he started, surprising Mitsuki and her husband Masaru, who also knew about All For One, "so, he asked the doctor to write him down as quirkless," Hisashi explained further, making sure to continue before Mitsuki started asking why, "because, according to him, if people know that he has that quirk, they'd only become close to him in order to get powerful quirks," he finished, and Mitsuki sat down, unable to make any kind of argument, all she could say was:

"Fair."

"So... anything else exciting happen recently?" asked Masaru, hoping to change the topic, Hisashi's face lit up, he shot from the couch to his knees and spread his arms as if to the heavens.

"My son thinks All Might is obnoxious," he said, "I could not be happier to be blessed with such a child."

As soon as they had registered what he said, they began to laugh, Hisashi was a unbelievably dramatic person despite what people assume when they meet him.

"Also," Inko started, "we're having a daughter," she added.

"WHAT?!?" Mistuki shouted, "SERIOUSLY?!? I'M GETTING A NIECE?!?"

"Yes, calm down Mistuki," Inko said calmly.

"That's amazing!" Mitsuki said.

"And Hisashi is also entering a 'Villain Rehab' program in UA," Inko then added, "he'll be a supervised teacher there for 6 years, then he'll get a licence and be a Pro Hero," she said with a smile, "exclusive to UA though."

"That's incredible," Masaru said.

"Yes, it is," Inko agreed, "there's one more thing though."

"Well, why have you taken so long to tell us?" Mitsuki asked.

"Because you keep interrupting me," Inko explained, "Izuku is going to get quirk training from Nezu with the help of Hisashi and EraserHead."

"Holy shit, quirk training from the principal of UA and his favourite hero, that's insane."

"Well, sounds like the kid's got a good future as a hero, I'm guessing he'll get a recommendation for UA," Masaru checked, to be met with two shaking heads.

"No, he wanted to be able to properly demonstrate what he can do," Hisashi explained.

"Well, lets get lunch ready, shall we Inko?" Mistuki said as she and Inko walked to the kitchen.

{Timeskip 9 months - After Birth}

(Hospital)

The family looked in awe at the baby's face, their newest addition to their family being the only thing on their minds.

"She's adorable," Izuku whispered so he wouldn't wake her.

"What are we gonna call her?" Hisashi asked.

"Yuki, Yuki Midoriya," Inko said without hesitation.

"Hey mom, dad," Izuku spoke up, getting their attention.

"Yes Izuku?" Inko asked.

"I want to make her a quirk," he explained, surprising the two.

"Why's that?" Hisashi asked.

"Two reasons, 1 I want her to be able to live her life, and 2, because she doesn't have one," his second point surprised the two.

"How do you know?" Inko and Hisashi asked together.

"I made a quirk that lets me see what a person's quirk is, but I can only use it once," he explained, Inko and Hisashi looked at each other.

"Okay, but, I want to know everything about the quirk and she can only get it after she's four and we've gone to the quirk doctor," Inko offered, Hisashi was confused by the final request.

"Why after the quirk doctor?" he asked.

"Because, if Izuku makes her a powerful quirk, which he no doubt will, she could easily fall into the mindset that she's above others, I think that if she's told she's quirkless it'll help her with personal growth later on," Inko explained.

"I don't really understand, but I'll fine it down to mother's intuition," Hisashi said.

"That works," Inko laughed.

"Okay, I'll make sure to do that," Izuku said with a smile.

A/N

The next chapter will begin with Yuki's visit to the quirk doctor, the story has been moving really slowly and I'd like to get it moving a bit faster, so we'll do that first timeskip followed by another one to the start of the anime, I'm going to have my OC run in alongside Izuku to save Katsuki, to which they'll start talking and decide to do training together for the next 10 months 'til UA, Izuku will teach her how to fight, and make her quirk around month 8.

Also All For One v All Might will still happen, not the second one, the first one we don't see, it'll be the same case here, Izuku will heal Hisashi, but not All Might since he'll have ignored the fact that Hisashi was no longer a villain.
