[3rd POV]

"I'm afraid there's no hope for her," the doctor said, Yuki's face was frozen as she dropped an All Might figurine of hers.

"Oh my, are you sure," Inko asked, she already knew about this, however she was able to use Izuku's 'quirklessness' as an excuse.

"Pardon my asking, ma'am, but you're a fourth generation, yes?" the doctor asked, "as far as quirks, I mean."

"Yes, of course, I can pull small objects towards me," Inko explained as she levitated the figuring into her hands, "and my husband can breathe fire," Hisashi and Inko had both decided to keep the fact that he's a hero a secret until she was in middle school.

"By the age of four, a child should manifest either one of her parents' quirks or a composite of the two. However, early quirk research discovered one important finding, it has to do with the prescence of the extra joint in the pinky toe. Humans have no need for parts they don't use, you see, and those without the joint represent the next stage of evolution," the doctor explained, "Yuki here has two joints, it's becoming quite rare nowadays, but... she possesses no quirk at all."

"And there's no possibility she'll develop one?" Inko asked, knowing what was going to happen when she went to sleep that night.

"While there have been a few cases of those with two joints developing a quirk, they are incredibly low, there have only been about 20 cases since quirks developed, sorry kid," the doctor explained.

{Timeskip - When They Get Home}

"Welcome back!" Hisashi exclaimed, "how'd it go?" he asked feigning ignorance.

"According to the doctor, she'll be quirkless," Inko explained, Yuki walked into her room with her head down, Hisashi and Inko nodded to Izuku who looked at them.

(Yuki's Room)

"Hey, you alright?" Izuku asked as he walked into the room to see her watching the video of her favourite hero's debut, All Might's first rescue.

"I-Izu-nii?" Yuki called out before looking at him with a well of tears in her eyes, "can I be a hero?" Izuku stared at her for a second.

"Yes," was all he said, reconsidering his original plan to give her her quirks as she slept. Hope began to fill Yuki.

"Really? Even without a quirk?" she asked.

"What do you think I'm training to do?" Izuku said with a smirk, hope continued to fill Yuki, Izuku decided to make something clear.

"However," he started, confusing Yuki, "you don't have to be a pro to be a hero. There are plenty of people that are heroes without being pros, Mum and Dad are heroes just by being there for us," he explained, "a hero is someone who helps others, never forget," he finished with a huge smile that infected Yuki as she ran and gave him a huge hug.

"Thank you Izu-nii," Yuki said, Izuku sighed and hugged her back.

"And you know what?" Izuku said.

"What?" Yuki asked, Izuku crouched and looked directly into her eyes

"I still think you're gonna get a quirk, no matter what anyone thinks," he said with confidence and a smile.

"Really?"

"Yup, so don't worry," he said, his smile no longer bright, but rather warm and welcoming, Yuki trusted him, "how about you get ready for bed and I'll sing you a song?"

"Okay!" Yuki shouted before running around her room, turning off her light, brushing her teeth and getting into pyjamas. Izuku came back into the room ready to sing

(Song Above - Ignore The Speech)

It always seems more quiet in the dark
It always feels so stark
How silence grows under the moon
Constellations gone so soon

I used to think that I was bold
I used to think love would be fun
Now all my stories have been told
Except for one

As the stars start to align
I hope you take it as a sign
That you'll be okay
Everything will be okay

And if the seven rings collapse
Although the day could be my last
You will be okay
When I'm gone you'll be okay

And when creation goes to die
You can find me in the sky
Upon the last day
And you will be okay

As Yuki drifted to sleep, Izuku got ready, he created two small balls of lights (about half the size of a golf ball) that he whispered into, they slowly grew in size and colour until he stopped (now about the size of a baseball)

"Yuki, I hope you like these quirks I made," he said softly to his sister while placing the orbs on her forehead, which were absorbed into her body, "become the person you want to be," he finished and left the room, not realising that the white-haired child wasn't completely asleep and now knew that her brother A had a quirk, and B made quirks for her so she'd be happy, a smile lay on her face as she finished drifting to sleep.
