Chapter seven.

Jesse's POV

I don't know why, but I felt a strange feeling that I haven't felt ever. It was painful and I was horny for no reason. Meleena was acting strange, she looked at me in the sexiest way. My wolf told me she wanted to mate, though her eyes told me otherwise. She looked scared.

She told me she was fine. I'm not too convinced.

I went outside, ready to follow after her. I felt her block all of her thoughts, I got angry. What was she hiding?

As I was about to leave her doorstep, Wes gripped my arm. I glared at his hand, then him.

He moved his hand and sighed, "Leave her alone. She'll be fine Jesse." he assured me.

"I need to see her," I say.

"She's fine. I promise."

Anger shot through me, I felt Meleena's emotion. She was angry.

'Meleena what's wro-' before I could finish my thought, I was tackled by Meleena's beautiful white coated wolf.

I glared at her as she growled at me, showing off her canines.

'YOU TOLD MASON HE COULDN'T HAVE A MATE?!" Her voice boomed in my head, it gave me a headache instantly. I felt an urge to respect her. To bow down to her and beg for her forgiveness.

"I-I needed you to be s-s-safe at all t-times." I stuttered out loud.

'TAKE IT BACK!' Meleena demanded.

I shifted underneath her, she growled lowly and backed away from me but she still stood tall and proud.

'I don't have to take anything back, Meleena. I make the rules and I make the command's, not you.' I growled back. I am the bigger one here. I am the Alpha of this pack.

'Alright then, when Mason finds his mate I will make sure he stays with her.' Meleena barked.

'There's nothing you can do to stop him.' I lied.

'We'll see about that.' she said quietly before running away.

"What did you do?" Wes asked me.

'Stay out of it!' I ordered. 'Get out of my presence!'

"Yes, Alpha." he mumbled before closing the door to his house and walking up the stairs.

I growled at myself. I'm just such an idiot.

'You're not.' I heard Gina say over mind link.

I growled lowly at her making her whimper.

I need to get laid. It's been almost a week. I don't want to do that to Meleena though. She'd never forgive me. Ever. I'm going to wsit for her.

I ran home to the pack house as fast as I could.

'Mason bring a pair of shorts out for me?'

'Yes Alpha.' he replied.

I got to the pack house and he was outside already. I love being Alpha. Having things done as soon as possible is the best thing ever.

I shifted to my human form and put on my pants.

"You're so sweaty," Angela complained.

"You're so annoying." I smirked going upstairs.

She rolled her eyes and continued watching TV.

When I got to my room, I quickly got into the shower and then got out.

I had everything on my mind right now. With Meleena wanting to mate, or her new Luna tone, and everything with Mason.
