Nietzsche once said, man is as a rope stretched between the animal and the super human. A rope over an abyss. It is a dangerous crossing, a dangerous looking back, a dangerous trembling and halting. Sir Reginald Hargreeves had all children at the very bottom of the stair case. Sir Reginald Hargreeves had a opened book in his hand while writing on it. Vanya stood next to him she had a whistle around her neck. Sir Reginald Hargreeves motioned her to blow the whistle. The siblings began to run pushing and shoving one another. as much as you must strive for individual greatness, and strive you must, for it's won't come to you if it's own accord...you must also remember that there is no individual stronger than the collection.
" Bet you can't catch up Alyssa!" Diego teased. "watch me!" Alyssa focused on glitching to be the first one out of all her siblings. Five spatial jumped now leaving both of them first ones on the staircase. " you were saying Diego?" Alyssa questioned him while running. Laughing. Diego laughed. " that's not fair. Five and eight are cheating!" " they adapted!" Father shouted.

The tattoo machine buzzing. Alyssa hating the sound of it. Tattoos being painfully dragged on their skin. She found herself sitting on a chair having hers being done. Gosh, it hurt her like hell. She just wanted to smash that damn tattoo machine.
Klaus and Allison hugging in the corner of the room, while they comforted one another. Diego also getting his done beside her. She couldn't comfort him. Luther, Ben, and Five waiting while sitting on a chair against the wall for their turn. Shaking, grieving for their siblings. Fear on their faces, not to mention fear in their eyes.
Her eyes watering tears escaping her eyes. Five didn't like to see her like this. Alyssa caught eyes with vanya at the top of the stairs, Alyssa wishing she could switch places with her. vanya held her hand out while standing, and rested her arm on the staircase. Drawing an umbrella with a marker as she couldn't get hers done with the rest of them. If only she knew her siblings would do anything to switch places with her. If only they knew how vanya felt being left out, and how much she didn't like it. If only they knew.

Alyssa, five, and Klaus at this very minute were in the kitchen. Five rummaging through the rack of food looking for coffee grounds. Klaus relaxed with a guitar in his arms his legs resting on the table. Alyssa criss crossed on her chair reading through a book, her head resting on her hand.
Moments later
Allison came in with her coat and set it down on one of the chairs, and questioned "where's vanya?" "Oh, she's gone." Responded Klaus. " that's unfortunate" spoke up Five.Alyssa raised her head looking at him admiring once again his features, loving that she can actually see him in real life instead of that portrait I mean he does look handsome in that portrait but he looks even more handsome when you can actually see him. She smiled at him. She just didn't know how he would do anything for her. How much he loves her smile. "Yeah" replied Allison.
"An entire square block. Forty two bedrooms, 19 bathrooms, but no not a single drop of coffee." Five said with a bit disappointment. "Dad hated caffeine" Allison reminded him. "Well, he hated children, too, and he had plenty of us." Klaus laughed. "I'm taking the car." "Where are you going?" Questioned Klaus, curiously. " to get a decent cup of coffee." "Do you even know how to drive?" Allison asked with a confused look on her face.
" I know how to do everything." " of course you do" Alyssa said looking up from the book while smiling, and chuckled softly. As he was about to leave he softly grabbed Alyssas hand and said "stay here Lia I will be back for you ok?" Alyssa caressed his hand "mhm, just be careful five" she smiled at him. he returned a smile showing his cute dimples. Alyssa pecked his hand. And with that he left.
" I feel like we should try and stop him, but then again, I also just kinda want to see what happens." Klaus said as he stood up looking through windows. Alyssa shrugged her shoulders. All that was just heard was the sound of the engine turn over, and drive along the rocky road. the lights reflecting on their faces, the car driving past.
"All right, I guess I'll see you guys in, what ten years? When pogo dies?" Diego said as he entered the kitchen. " not if you die first." Diego-" yeah, love you too, sis." "Good luck on your next film. Hope it turns out better then your marriage, huh?
Diego was now approaching the small girl Alyssa. "You're leaving Diego" "sure am but hey take care of yourself, and I love you sis" "I love you too Diego, and I will miss you, take care of yourself." the two siblings hugged. They both pulled away from the hug. "Oh and I believe this belongs to you?" As Alyssa handed him the knife that he was about to kill her with earlier. "I believe it does, thanks Alyssa I love you " he kissed his sister on the forehead for the last time, Klaus approached Diego "are...are we leaving?" " no I'm leaving, me by myself." Diego corrected Klaus. "Oh, fabulous, I'll get my things"
Alyssa giggled softly, making her way to the sofa that was near the fireplace. She was too tired to go up the stairs. she looked around the living room, living in her own world, and thinking today was a long day or maybe it was just her but for her it felt like a long day. As she began to doze off and fall asleep. She hoped tomorrow was going to be a better day than today.
A/N:I hope you guys are liking the story. And sorry it was a long one.
