Just then one specific book caught her attention. It was her father's Journal/Book that titled Reginald Hargreeves. 'Why was his book on this book shelf, why isn't in his office where he kept his stuff?' Thoughts upon thoughts came up on her mind.
Alyssa curiously picked up the book, her eyebrows pinching together out of confusion. She knew going through her fathers stuff is wrong but what if it had information about her or things she didn't know about. 'Oh Reginald what have you got in here?' She opened the book slowly nervous what she might come upon.

November 13, 1989 When I adopted my eight children. Specifically number eight, she was the strangest child only in the fact that she had difficult abilities that won't be easy to figure out, therefore when I train her it will not be effortless. As she was a baby things got out of control, events I couldn't even explain occurred, I couldn't even explain the things I have encountered.
Keeping her close to the rest of the children is burdensome or even venturesome I'm known for not having affections, however I did promise my wife I would try to show kindness and be caring when she died but as you can see I have failed. Which I'm not surprised. Number eight isn't just a normal child regardless a treacherous child.
January 20, 1990 Weeks have of course passed, while the children are starting to grow they have started training with their abilities. Number eight has gotten a lot stiffer, stiffer than usual. I would hate to put the children in danger. I did adopt them for a reason.
Even so I am some what rough on them, so they think of me of 'the man who has no feelings' which is correct. However I've noticed that when Number eight gets furious, stressed or even nervous her hair turns into a dark color, including her irises. Despite the fact that this only happens conceding that her siblings get her irritated at times. Notwithstanding that if only she knew what was going on with her. Or what she is.
February 30, 1990 I've been doing some research about eight. Now believe me when I say I was precisely shocked. Her abilities isn't just any normal ability. She is approximately reckless not to mention she is a very powerful witch, in 1529 her mother was the most wanted witch ever in many places. People soon suspected things about her and it was when they found out both her mother was a witch and had given gave birth to her babies which were triplets, she and her sister along with their brother.
the only reason number eight and the triplets we're put up for adoption was because they we're endangered by many people, their mother clearly didn't want that.
Though I did also find out that Eight has a special necklace that she wore when I first adopted her.
But if you dare to lay hands on that necklace your hands would burn like fire. And believe me Ive tried to take it away from her but it would just burn me my whole body felt like it was burning. She is really the only person who could touch it without burning her, despite that she never took it off.
It was spelled by her mother. Due to the fact that she wanted her daughter to be safe, and didn't want her to be powerless. Alyssa would be able to end the extinction of humanity. _________________________________
