Ep.10: School news

Everything in school seems fine for the most part for Taehyung. That is until in the middle of the day some news started to buzz around about him. And he was about to find out that news very soon. 

"Tae did you hear?" Jennie asks, nudging him in the arm. Jennie became one of his closest friends. She was with him since middle school and now they're attending the same college together. 

"Hear what?" Taehyung asks as he closes his locker door. "Someone's planning on asking you out." Tae's eyes go wide at the sudden news. 'Someone wants to date him?' He thought in his head. The only person that comes to mind is Jungkook. 

Tae's not sure if he wants to date him though. He would like to keep being friends with him instead and nothing more. Even if he did have sex with him, he would rather forget it. 

"Do you know who it is?" He asks nervously. "I... I don't really remember. It started with a Min-something. I'll probably remember later." She laughs to herself. "Ok." Tae laughs with her. He was glad she didn't mention a Jung-anything for that matter.  

They began walking to their class happily until someone tapped on Tae's shoulder gently. "H-hi Taehyung. I was wondering if me and you could g-go on a d-date." The kid Min-something asks shyly. 

All eyes were on them. Jennie whistles and backs away from the attention. Tae glances at her nervously and she whispers to him "I'm not in it. Not one part of me is involved." 

Tae begins to fidget and looks at the guy nervously. He doesn't want to date anyone at the moment, but he would feel horrible to reject him in public."Y-yeah sure."

The person hugs him and Tae awkwardly hugs back. "By the way I'm Minjae." Minjae says, breaking the hug. Tae only hums and nods in understanding. 

"By the way we're leaving." Taehyung hears someone say behind him, as they snake their arms around his waist. It was Jungkook. 

"Was that perfect timing?" He asks a little worried about the younger's discomfort. "Very. Thank you. It was so awkward." Jungkook laughs at Tae. Tae laughs with him with the same amusement. 

"I honestly am not looking for a relationship right now. It's still a little too early for me to do that. I still miss Bogum. Even after last weekend." He blushes at the last part. Jungkook looks down but with no shame, just trying to hide his smirk. 

But his smirk grew into an angry frown when he thought of this Minjae. Then he realized Tae's words. "You don't think you want to date anyone after Bogum." Jungkook asks, trying to hide the fear in his voice. 
 
"No, I'm not saying that. I just need time to heal." Taehyung explains. Jungkook only nods. "We have class, we should go." Tae gathers his things then leaves. Jungkook only sighs and gathers his things. 

As he was heading down the hall he saw Minjae and his anger started seething. He goes to follow Minjae instead of going to his class. "...Taehyung..." He hears his baby's name in the rat's mouth.

"Thanks guys for helping me." Minjae laughs as he turns to his friends. Jungkook hides behind some boxes and takes out his phone. He begins to record their conversation. 

"Thanks for spreading the news about me asking Tae out. He wasn't able to refuse me with all the people staring. Just like I thought he wouldn't." Minjae smirks at the way he used Taehyung's kindness for granted.

Jungkook grew angrier and angrier with every word. 

But then an idea pops into his head. He heads to the library and pretends to be interested in getting a book just so he could get a late pass from her. He goes to his class, hands the pass to his teacher and sits down with an excited grin displayed. 

This plan was good news to his ears as he imagines it'll be even better for Taehyung.

Short chapter because I have to divide this drama into parts. Cramming it into one episode wouldn't make it as suspensefully enjoyable as it would breaking it into parts making you wait for more. Do I feel bad...? A little but not really you'll get it sooner or later. Honestly it's sooner because I update when I finish episodes and I transfer them from doc to wattpad. 

So you readers, will probably get a bunch of chapters in one day. I don't like updating one at a time. I didn't like it when other author's did it so I won't do it.
