Chapter 8 - Mixed Feelings

Annie's Point of View

I laid in my bed as another weekend came by. Thoughts of what happened on that friday night was all I could think about. A week has already passed by but that was all I could ever think of. The conversation, the setting, the kiss. All of it was perfect. He really knows how to make my heart skip a beat.

I went through my phone and looked at his contact.

"Should I call him?" I talked to myself as my mind was in a war of contacting him or not.

It's his day off I probably shouldn't bother him. He might think I'm too clingy. Welp. I'll just go out with the other girls.

I started to look for Ymir's contact on my phone and as it popped up, I called her.

"What bitch." she said on the other line. I rolled my eyes at how she greeted me.

"Let's hang out. It's been a while." I tried to conceal my excitement as I talked to her on the phone.

She was friends with me ever since childhood. We went through the same pain together and we overcome our problems together too. It's just that she's busy with her clothing company together with Historia, her girlfriend and I'm busy with my wine company as well. We barely have time to hang out but we're still closer than ever.

"Can Historia come as well?" She asked as if she didn't know the answer to that.

"If she comes you come, if she doesn't you won't even bother. Are you kidding me? She's like the 3rd bestfriend! Meet you guys at the mall in ten." I said and ended the call immediately.

I changed into a casual puff sleeve dress and wore matching stilettos. I grabbed my purse and went to my car preparing to leave the house.

As I arrived at the mall I parked my car on the VIP parking and already saw Ymir's ride not too far away. I went inside the mall and there I saw how the two love birds stared at each other lovingly while teasing each other.

I rolled my eyes and walked towards them. As I got to them, Ymir gave me a high five while I hugged Historia back.

"It's been a while Annie!" Historia greeted and I smiled.

"Let's go shopping first. My treat this time." I said as we happily walked through the stores.

"Hey, let's go to Victoria's Secret." Ymir said as she was holding hands with Historia.

Damn these to makes me feel so alone. I sighed and just followed at the back of them. We went in a Victoria's Secret store and I saw a variety of lingeries everywhere.

"You should buy some too, Annie. I mean you fuck with different men everyday might as well wear different lingeries every day." Ymir smirked as Historia slapped her arm.

"I haven't fucked anyone since last month." when I said that, the two of them stopped with whatever they were doing and looked at me.

"Stop looking at me like that."

"That's a nice joke Annie you could pass as a class clown." Ymir mocked me as she continued on looking for a matching lingerie for the both of them.

"Stop being so mean Ymir!" Historia slapped Ymir's arm again. "But yeah nice joke Annie."

Oh gosh these two are driving me insane.

"Whatever." I mumbled as I looked through the lingerie sets as well. Would Armin like these?

"Who are you seeing lately?" Ymir asked as we both went through fabrics of the lingeries in front of us.

"No one." I shortly replied. I'm not seeing anyone but I'm definitely head over heels for someone. And yes. It's my assistant that I gave a blowjob to on his first day.
