Armin's Point of View
I woke up early and prepared some ice pack for Annie. I knew her legs would feel sore when she would groan everytime she moves as she was fast asleep.
I went back to her room with an ice pack on my hand and began kneading her legs gently trying not to wake her up. I firmly pressed the ice pack on her thighs while I kept on massaging her legs. I stared at her as my hands moved on its own.
Some days, I used to look forward to waking up as the sun rises and its light would hit my skin. But these days, I found myself slowly losing interest...looking at the sun. Instead, I'd look at this beautiful woman. Her hair was more brighter to me, her lips felt nicer to the touch, and the tiny little sounds she makes while asleep makes me feel at ease.
It was during mornings these days, that I look forward waking up each day to embrace her in my arms.
She slowly opened her eyes revealing her blue marbles. Her eyes depicted the vast oceans known to be ferocious, but her ocean eyes reflected serenity.
I'd rather drown in her ocean than to swim the world's most beautiful seas.
"Hmm...Good morning baby." she slowly sat up and smiled at me.
Her smile was as beautiful as her eyes. But what made it more beautiful, is how I was the reason behind her smile.
"Good morning. How are you feeling?" I leaned in and placed a kiss on her forehead.
"Sore." she chuckled. "You're such a switch."
"We're both switches." I laughed and stroked her hair.
"I wanna be top next time." she pouted and looked down.
"Okay okay." I don't care about positions as long as she's the person I'm doing it with.
"It's Saturday today, aren't you going home?" she grabbed the glass of water on the bedside table and popped a pill on her mouth.
"I want to be with you." I continued massaging her legs. "Everyday feels like a day off to me."
"You and your words."
I stopped what I was doing and leaned closer.
"I just finished massaging you darling. Don't make me ruin your legs again."
I purposely made my voice deeper and laughed as I saw how she gulped and looked at me.She glared at me and started to throw small punches at my arms. I held her despite the ruckus she made.
"Since it's my day off. Let's go somewhere as a couple." I wanted to treat her not as my employer, but as my girlfriend today.
"Where to?" I looked down on her as she looked up to me.
"You'll see."
---
I was waiting outside her room as maids were tidying up. A maid smiled at me and came closer. "I always knew Ms. Leonhart was kind but she glows differently every day ever since you came here." she looked at me up and down before giving me a thumbs up.
"That trench coat looks good on you by the way Sir!" she said one last time before she continued on with her chores.
As soon as I looked back at Annie's door, it opened up and revealed her. I couldn't contain my smile as I saw her. She was beautiful no matter what she wore.
"My girlfriend looks so pretty." I whispered as I walked closer to her. She had a tint of pink on her face and didn't know where to focus her eyes on. She is always fierce and intimidating but this side of her is something special.
"I'll drive today." I held out my hand and she didn't hesitate to give me her car keys. She wrapped her arms around mine and smiled at me one last time before walking.
As soon as we got inside the car, I buckled her seatbelt for her.
"You smell so good. You remind me of vanilla, floral rose, and cedarwood."
She closed her eyes as she endulged herself in my scent. I leaned in closer and kissed her on her forehead. She was always open to me about her feelings and I'd choose that any day over compliments."Try to guess where we're going." I focused my eyes on the road as I held her thighs and rubbed circles on it with my thumb.
"Hmm...There's a picnic basket so where else would we go? The park." she guessed confidently.
I chuckled and shook my head while still gazing at the road in front of us.
"I don't know where else! I'm dumb at guessing things. I played four pics one word before and I reached level five hundred I'm quite sure it's the park." she kept on analyzing my question.
"You'll see." I smiled as I looked at her from the rearview mirror holding up her hands counting something in her head as she puckered her lips.
---I opened the door for her once we arrived and she immediately had her mouth open as she was in awe looking at the surroundings.
It was a flower field with a view of a mountain in front us. The different colors of flowers collided through our eyes.
The weather was perfect. It was sunny but not awfully painful in the skin, it was windy but our hair was the only thing that swayed together with nature.
We were in such a beautiful place but instead of looking at the view, I looked at her.
I stared at her as she was still in awe. Her hair swayed with the winds, her smile shined upon me, and her eyes collided with the colors of the blossoms.
I took out my phone and took a picture of her. She blended with the view as she was also beautiful like it. She stood through the fields making her look like the most alluring flower in it.
"Baby this place is so divine." she excitedly spoke as she hugged me tight.
Everytime I hear the word beautiful, I think of this place. But now when I hear that word, I think of her.
"It's not fair that I'm the only one with the beautiful view every day." I looked down on her as I held her face with both of my hands and gave her a kiss on her forehead.
"I don't care where I'm at as long as I'm with you Annie." I kissed her right cheek.
"You bring me paradise with just your smile so please take me to paradise every day." I kissed her left cheek.
"I want to let you know that I'll always be here with you. Through thick and thin. For better or for worse." I kissed the tip of her nose.
I linked our foreheads together as I looked at her straight in the eyes. Her tears started forming and I could see how genuinely she smiled.
"And that I love you so much. Not just your body, not just your face, not just your fortune, not just your fame. I love you for the fact that you're you. You're Annie. Annie Leonhart. The woman I love so dearly." I passionately kissed her as her tears rolled down on the back of my hands.
I wiped her tears with my thumb. "Why are you crying baby?"
"This feeling feels new to me..." she sniffled her nose and laid her head on my chest. I stroked her hair and rubbed her back. "I'm sorry if you weren't the person I gave my virginity to. I'm sorry for playing around with other guys while you still weren't in my life. If only I knew...If only I knew you earlier...I'd give everything to you."
"Shhh don't say that Annie. What's important is today and our tomorrows. Let's leave everything bad behind, okay?"
She nodded and hugged me tighter. "I'm so lucky to have you."
"Annie. Meeting you was serendipity...You're a blessing I'm grateful having."
