Siri is opening cabinets left and right, only finding granola bars and cheese-it's. He can't seem to find the canned food. Do they even have any?
Cameron finds him searching for this and realizes the same issue. Who doesn't keep canned food? Everyone fucking keeps canned food.
She decides to look around to see if there's stuff in the garage. Maybe they keep it in there? But there's nothing in there. Usually there would be cars or a freezer or something but yet here we are. No electronics.
She looks around for a pantry maybe? But cant find one. Maybe they just don't have canned food?
"Cameron! I found it" She hears from the kitchen. She sighs with relief and heads toward the young man triumphantly holding up two cans of soup.
"Jeez, why was that so hard to find?" She huffs out in amusement.
"I don't know, but i'm glad i finally found it. As far as i can see there's only like soup and a couple cans of beans. Not much of a selection." He says.
" I'll go find a bag to carry these home in. I should probably look for candles while i'm at it." She says the last part more to herself.
He nods and she gets up to find those things. Even if they didn't find anyone else, she's glad they at least found more food.
She will have to apologize for stealing their food if she ever sees them again.
