I jumped through Cisco's breach and landed on my feet perfectly, my hair turning white as I took a look around.

"So, this dump is where she's holding her weapons deal?" I scoffed. The warehouse we were in was filled with rusty cargo containers and fraying rope. "You would think she would choose somewhere classier."

"I guess she wanted to remain inconspicuous," Cisco said, securing his glasses behind his ears.

"I've got to go with Frosty on this one," Ralph said as he wiggled his nose. "It smells like rotten eggs and defeat in here."

Remember, Frost, stay on high alert. We have no idea how this meta fights.

"I've got this, Caity," I said, making dual blades out of ice shards. "I was the one who fought during Crisis. I've tackled worse."

I know, and I trust you. I'm just trying to look out for you. Watch out!

An energy blast flew at my head, and I ducked just in time. It hit the wall behind me and made it crumble. Ralph gave a long, low, whistle.

"Nice blasts you've got there," he turned in the direction of Daydream, who was now in full view. "It's a shame that you're using them to get guns that'll be old news by next year."

Daydream's eyes glowed a vibrant green. "And it's a shame that I'm going to have to hurt you to get them." She shot another blast at Ralph, but he stretched his torso out of the way.

The three of us ducked behind a container nearby. Cisco fired a blast at her, but it missed, and he turned to the two of us breathing heavily.

"We need to get close enough to slap these bad boys on her." He held up a pair of meta-cuffs. "Any ideas?"

Look up, Frost. I see a net right over her head.

I followed where Caity said to look and saw an old fishing net made of rope hovering over Daydream. The hook holding it was rusted and delicate.

A single blast of ice should be enough to knock it free and trap her.

"Caity has an idea," I started to say. But, before I could finish, Cisco jumped in front of the container and tried to fire another blast at Daydream. Not only did it miss, but one of her blasts hit him, causing him to slam into the container.

Cisco!

I tried to run after him, but it was too late. He had already breached himself out of the warehouse and to god-knows-where. I picked up the meta-cuffs he had dropped and held them close.

"Cisco got hit." I panted into my comms. "What do I do?"

"Just follow the plan you said Caitlin made for you," Iris said calmly. "You've got this, Frost."

"Okay," I took a deep breath and threw the meta-cuffs to Ralph. After he caught them, I aimed at the hook, hitting it on my first try. Just like Caity said it would, the metal crumbled, making the net fall on top of Daydream and leaving her trapped underneath.

"Nice shot, Frosty!" Ralph said, running up and slapping the meta-cuffs on Daydream's wrists. "Now, you, on the other hand, aren't going to be aiming any shots for a long time."

Daydream huffed in annoyance just as Barry came dashing around the corner. He threw me his extrapolator and grabbed Ralph by the arm.

"Let Caitlin take the reins and go find Cisco. Wherever he is, we need to make sure that he comes home." I nodded in response, and he sped away.

"Get ready, Caity," I turned the extrapolator over in my hands and pressed the button. A breach opened in front of me. "We've got to go save Cisco."

I'm ready. Well, ready as I'll ever be.

I smiled at her quoting me and stepped through the breach. The world turned blue.
