Two weeks. That's all the time they had left. Two weeks to track down a dragon that had been lost to time. "What if she already left this world?" Tohru asked while leaning against a tree, "that's how Kanna and I ended up in your world." Izuku, who was on the opposite side of the oak, shook his head.

"I don't think she would," he bit into an apple he had plucked from one of the trees around them. "She was in a rough condition when I was told to go after her." He watched as Kanna ran after a butterfly, failing to catch it, "which means she's either moved or died in that cave. I just don't know where that cave would be in the first place."

"Well, if our only hope is finding Tiamat, then we have no chance." Tohru looked up at the blue sky through the shroud of leaves, "besides, I've never heard even heard of a cave having purple crystals, let alone black ones. I know you don't want to, but we might have to face Umbria's reincarnation like we are now. Your golden visage should be more than enough to handle him, plus you've got Kanna and I to back you up...maybe even your classmates."

Izuku laughed before biting into the apple, spraying the juices all over his chin. He wiped it off with his sleeve, "I may be strong, but I don't think I'd be able to beat him. Especially if the only time I faced him caused me to fall asleep and then turn into a girl." He shuddered, "I still don't understand how that worked, let alone what his powers were."

"You're right, but if it's anything like the prophecy, then he should have powers over the night. And since he and you are opposites, then you should have the power over the sun...which you do." Tohru explained, "you two should be evenly matched by now, which is why we should just give up the hunt for Tiamat."

"In this world," Izuku winced at the suddenly sour taste of the apple and spat it out, "Tiamat is apparently a dragon. And according to her legend, she filled the first generation of dragons' veins with poison instead of blood. Now, obviously, you are a dragon that doesn't bleed poison," he eyed the rotten core of the apple before tossing it to the side. "Now, seeing as I can use the abilities of other dragons, then I most likely will be able to turn blood into poison...which would kill anyone. Meaning that Tiamat is the key to winning the battle against Umbra," he watched a small squirrel fiddle around with the apple he threw, taking a few bites from it.

"I understand what you're saying, Izu, but if we haven't found her by now, then how are we supposed to do it in just two weeks?" Tohru continued, "what if Umbra wakes up early and decides that he wants to destroy Musutafu, let alone all of Japan? You are the best bet to fight against him if he were to awaken, and if you aren't there when he wakes up then you know what happens." Tohru sighed as Kanna ran into her sight chasing the same butterfly from before, "I just don't want anything bad to happen to our home..."

He thought for a moment, staring at the mix matched shades of red, orange, and yellow leaves as he did. "Yeah...I guess you're right, he could already be awake and terrorizing Japan...or, he could not. We'd never know unless we went back," a single leaf brushed passed Izuku's nose as it tumbled to the ground. "So, I'll make a proposition," Izuku grabbed onto the leaf with two fingers, "three days. That's all the time we'll spend searching for her, then we can head on home and prepare to fight Umbra. How does that sound?"

"That's...fine, I guess." Her orange eyes watched as Kanna finally caught the butterfly, she smiled for a moment before eating it. She'd been known to eat random wildlife, seeing as she ate a crab one time when they were at the beach together. Which is why she stifled a laugh, "Kanna did it again?" Izuku raised his brow before walking around the tree and crouching next to Tohru, "she ate a butterfly this time."

"Oh," he cracked a smile and laughed a bit, with how strained it was, she could clearly tell he was stressed. She searched for his hand and grabbed onto it, at first it was a slack hold that tightened into a loving embrace. He kissed her cheek and lowered himself into her neck, they both watched as the apple eating squirrel suddenly fell onto the ground next to Kanna. Its legs and arms convulsed as a foam began to froth in the corners of its tiny mouth. "Uhhh....Kanna, maybe you shouldn't eat any animals for a bit."
