R I O

It's been three days since I saw last Thea. Three whole days. How I managed to go almost a week without seeing her, I still have no idea.

God, if Myla didn't disturb us when she did, I definitely wouldn't have stopped what I was doing. In fact, that's all I've been thinking about these past few days.

I want to see her, call her and tell her that I want to pick her up and bring her here.. but I know I can't. She can't get too involved with me without finding out who I really am, and I can't put her through that.

Enzo and Romeo don't scare me. If I wanted to continue to see her, then I would, regardless of what they said but I know that deep down, they're right.

My world isn't safe for her. Hence why I'm hardly even apart of it. Enzo and Romeo may be my uncles but I don't associate myself with the Mafia at all. I don't work for them, I don't live with them in their compound, I don't know anything that they do or get involved with them for any reason.

When my grandfather Alberto died, Enzo took over as Don but he's never ever pressured me into joining them. He allows me to live my own life and make my own money, not wanting to have to depend on them for anything.

After what happened to my parents, I made sure I was there for my little brother and sister. There was no way in hell that I was letting anyone take them away from me. Not that Enzo would have allowed that anyway, but still.. I wanted to make sure that they stayed with me.

"I still can't believe those two little bitches," Navy complains and I glance over at her, feeling my jaw clenching as she bad mouths Thea. "How funny was it that she was jealous? It's quite laughable really, an ugly little skank like her thinking they could actually be me."

"That's enough," I snap and she looks up at me, her expression changing.

I forgot that she was actually still here to he honest.

My eyes leave her's and glance around my tattoo parlour, wondering why the fuck I ever decided to bring her here with me.

"Are you seriously sticking up for her?" She spits and I scratch the side of my nose with an annoyed sigh.

"I'm not doing anything Navy, just stop fucking talking about her, it's annoying." I reply, growing increasingly aggravated by her annoying ass voice.

She scoffs, pushing off from the desk and walking over to one if the walls filled with tattoo art and customer appreciation posts. "When are we leaving? I really want to go back to your place now," she whines and I run my hand over my eyes and down my face.
