Chapter 29

Lisa's POV

I woke up to the light that's hitting my face. I opened my eyes and saw Lia beside me sleeping. I looked for Jennie and found her near the window having her morning coffee.

"Good morning" I greeted. I turned my head to the person lying on the couch, Chan. I turned to the other bed here in my room, I saw Lilian, Jisoo and Rosé squeezing into the bed. They look cute.

"So everyone slept in my room" I said as I stood up and put my hair into a pony tail. I approached Jennie and hugged her from behind. I placed my chin on her shoulder and filled her neck with kisses.

"Good morning hon" Jennie greeted, she just kept her eyes outside the window. I heard her sigh.

"I'm sorry" I said. She turned to me and looked at me.

"Come, let's talk outside" She said. I obliged and followed her outside. we went to the garden and sat on the bench.

"Please don't say sorry okay?" She said and smiled at me.

"I'm sorry because you're in this very difficult situation because of me. Sorry for putting your life in danger, sorry for what happened to Lia and Chan. Sorry for harming you, I never meant for any of this to happen, I am so---" She cut me off when she kissed me.

"Hmm, the only way to shut you up" She said between the kisses. she even chuckled.

"Don't you ever say sorry to me for letting me stay beside you. I came back because I was hopeful, hopeful to you and to our fate, and I didn't go through all the pain for nothing, we both went through all of the pain because we love each other, because I love you, and that love comes with the promise of not leaving you no matter what. I know it's so soon, but and we haven't talked about it, let me say this. I, Jennie Kim, take you Lalisa, to have and to hold, for better, for worst, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, till death do us part" It was the most beautiful thing I've heard from her. Tears came running down my face, I am so grateful to have this lady with me.

She then sealed the promise with a kiss.

"I am so lucky to have you" I said and hugged her.

We walk our way back to our room and saw that everyone is awake.

I took a quick shower and dressed accordingly. Lilian, Jennie, and I are leaving the palace, we left Rosé with Jisoo, Lia, and Chan and told them to not leave my room.

We're going to one of Jennie's hidden place. It's not hidden because it's in the middle of the city, but no one knows that it's Jennie's. Not even her parents. The previous owner knew but then died right after. Her place is not an illegal matter, but it's one of the safest we can stay. We didn't bring the other girls because we want to have a safe place to run to incase things get worse.

It's like a big warehouse outside, but once you get it, it's like the headquarters, it has a lot of rooms, a hallway, and offices.

"Hon, why do you have something like this?" I asked her.

"I bought this years ago, I wanted a safe place here, especially I have a child, if the worst case scenario might happen, at least I have a place to hide her, since I left the country, I am not fond of bodyguards, and never hired one, so I wanted to be sure that when I come back here, I can protect Lia on my own." She said and smiled.

"I got that attitude from you, someone who's always prepared" She said. i held her hands as we walked through the empty halls.

"If you want, we can transfer the agency here" She suggested.
