Chapter 6

Jennie's POV

"Jennie?"

I turned and saw her

"Chaeng!!!" I ran to her and hugged her. I missed her so much.

"It's been 10 years, you changed your hair" I let go of the hug, I saw her crying.

"ahh still the same old crybaby" I teased her and I saw her glared at me. we both laughed. good old days.

"are you alone?" I asked. I don't know but I kinda hope she's here with Rosie.

"Yup, actually, I am here to officially transfer the name of this place from Lisa's to the new owner" she said. my eyes widened when she mentioned her name.

"She bought this place?" I asked. I saw her nod her head.

"she wanted to save her last memory of You" I felt tears forming on the corner of my eyes.

"but she's selling it now" She said, her words broke my heart. She's really moving on. I smiled bitterly.

"I'll go ahead Chaeng, really hope to catch up with you real soon" I left the restaurant and drove somewhere else. after a few minutes, I am at a familiar place, my eyes then betrayed me when I realized where I am Right now.

I unconsciously uttered her name.

My tears continued to fall down my cheeks. I came back to reality when i heard my phone ring.

Chu calling

"Chu?"

"Jendeuk! where are you, I am here at the hotel, and when I opened your room, it was empty" she said on the other line.

"I went out, I got bored" I said. I can hear her frustration on the other line that made me laugh.

"Where did you get a car? I didn't left any vehicle for you, I know you haven't visited your parents house" She said.

"I brought one today! I got tired of just staying at the hotel so I decided to buy a car and stroll around" I said. I heard her sigh. Sometimes she's the one who gets frustrated when I spend too much. Between me and chu, she's the one who spends less.

"Seriously Jen?" She asked, I wanted to burst into laughter.

"OMG, no chu, I asked Amanda to send me my car" I said. I laughed at her frustration on the other line.

"whatever! see me at the restaurant at 5pm, we'll talk about the trip tomorrow" she said. I agreed with her.

I ended the call and went down the hill. I drove my way back to the hotel to get change clothes and meet with Jisoo. For 10 years, a lot has changed, even Jisoo got so matured and really put her focus on their business, Rosé on the other hand has known to be the princess' righthand, although, she's still working for the agency, she's also the one who's going to manage it in the future, that's what Jisoo told me.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I took a quick cold shower to remove the tension on my body and went for a much comfortable clothes.

I finished in no time. It's already 4:30, so I decided to head down. We're meeting at the hotel's restaurant. As I arrived at the lobby, the staffs were bowing down at me, big business men also acknowledge my presence, after all, I'm still a Kim. I reached the restaurant and the waitress led me to a table reserved by Miss Jisoo Kim.
