"Joy, Get out of the curtains, You're gonna hurt your head! Hyunjin, Stop biting Taeyoung's arm, It's gonna cause a bruise!" The accumulated outburst of the male was to make a riot in between the kids, And with the frozen, Wide eyes staring back at him - Guilt immediately engulfed his arteries, And he cursed under his breath for having been so harsh, But again, He simply had no control over it.
Monday was yet another tiring day of work for Yeosang, The sunshine intruding itself through the opened windows, Languid air roaming in and out of the large, Colorful walls. Being a kindergarten teacher was exasperating, Really, Way more than he had imagined to be.
Waking up at the earliest mornings, Where the dim sky hasn't yet welcomed the presence of dawn, The perfectly folded clothes that once used to ornament his wardrobe was now a total mess with the amount of times he had forgotten to set on his alarm due to the stress of the day before, Having only ten minutes to get ready and most times, Unable to do his makeup - Let alone the cautiousness he needed to provide to keep an eye on each little children that had been left to be taken care of at the hands of trustworthy parents.
"Oppa, He threw his pencils at me!" The little girl from behind the curtain whined of protest, Throwing himself at the grabby hands of the taller and pointing her index finger at the direction of a brown-haired boy holding a stack of bright colorful pencils.
"Ten, Leave those pencils on the table and apologize for your uncalled behavior," Yeosang commanded, Using a deeper tone than usual which seemed to be convincing with how the expression on the smaller's face changed in a matter of seconds, Tapping his fingers together.
"I'm sorry, Joy, I shouldn't have thrown my pencils at you like that, Forgive me," He mumbled, And Yeosang almost had to laugh out loud at how guilty he sounded compared to the loudness he was accustomed to.
"Okay, I forgive you, But don't do it again!"
After the whole commotion eased, Yeosang returned to sit back on his chair, Hands folding and eyes ready to observe every little detail around the room. The little ones didn't seem to be paying any attention to their surroundings, Absentmindedly busy with barbie dolls and modern cars in hand, Laughter confining through the walls whenever they bumped into each other on accident.
For a moment, He drifted off, And wondered if seeking for forgiveness in the children's realm was as easy as the elder's. Forgiveness is beautiful, An act of kindness, Which only a few people could do. The world was beyond horrifying, Much like a horror movie that Yeosang wished he could easily turn off with the simple move of pressing a button like many times he has before.
