Yeosang sighed in content, Resting his arms under his head and leaning back on the swivel chair, - Papers scattered so recklessly on the table while his eyes were closed, Enjoying the feeling of warmth and freedom.
It wasn't as bad as he thought - Or maybe he overthought a little too much, Which happens quite a lot. The room Seonghwa just offered him has a lot of space, Probably a little smaller than his and the view of the window was a bit smaller; But it was still huge and gave Yeosang all the space he needed.
Seonghwa gave him such a huge place.
He was grateful, But being the brat he is - He decided to let it pass and do no gratitude. Unlike most of the employees, He didn't have to work in a public place with all of the other workers and probably too much people, Since he'd been a little bit of an introvert person ever since day one.
He was given privacy.
Whilst busy making paper planes with the spare papers on the table, The office phone suddenly rings as he was brought back from dreamland, Reaching for the phone and grabbing it with ease as he brought it to his ear; Clearly not predicting the next move.
"Hello?"
"Bring me a coffee." And with that, The line was hung up without Yeosang concentrating anything.
Upon recognizing the voice, Yeosang suddenly felt uneasy. He wasn't a maid, So why should he bring Seonghwa coffee? He already didn't like the idea of working as his secretary, But accepted it because not everyone gets the same chance twice.
Wearily standing up, He stepped out of his room and walked towards the elevators, Tapping on the floor button. While getting out, He felt exhausted. It was his first day, And he didn't know anything about this huge building. On his way, He was met by a guy approaching his way that seemed to be his age.
"Um... Could i please know where do I get coffee?"
The guy turned, Looking at him as if he were pondering. "I'm guessing it's your first day... By the way, You can walk from this direction, Then two feet left and it's the cafeteria."
"Is this a company or a fucking kingdom?" Yeosang whined, Eventually walking to the address the guy just told him. There he was met by a huge door, Walking inside and the next thing he sees is plenty of people chatting and blabbering.
His jaw dropped, Not having expected to see such sight. This place already had such a huge cafeteria, And he wasn't aware of it? He wanted to laugh at the irony of it. Suddenly, an arm was wrapped around his shoulder as he flinched, But regretting coming here once he heard the familiar voice of the person.
"Yeosangie!" Wooyoung shouted joyfully, Jumping up and down as Yeosang already sunk deep from the embarrassment. He doesn't know why he agreed to work here with Wooyoung, Especially when they're together. He's already humiliated him in front of his boss, He can't let it happen twice.
With a shrug of shoulders, His eyes darted to the coffee machine a few feet away from him as he walked up towards it, Wooyoung following behind him like a leech. "What are you doing here?" He asked, leaning back on the wall as he watched Yeosang with amusement whilst he struggled with keeping the machine worked up.
"You tell me, Why did I even agree to this in the first place?" Yeosang says, Pulling down the lever and pouring coffee into the cup as he left it untouched. "I'm his secretary, Not his fucking maid!"
"I don't think that's a big deal," Wooyoung poked the inside of his cheek with his tongue, "I think he just just asked for coffee, Not your spirit."
With a deep, Certain sigh - Yeosang's eyes darted to meet the younger's. He shrugged it off and grabbed the cup, Putting the cap on and leaving the cafeteria in an instant, - Walking towards the elevator, pressing the button as he was traveled back up again and walked towards Seonghwa's office as soon as he got out of said elevator.
He knocked twice, Opening the door after getting a 'Come in'. He bit his bottom lip, Walking inside and shutting the door to see Seonghwa's gaze fixated perfectly on a few papers in hands, Eyes skimming speedily. Yeosang sighed in annoyance, But it went unnoticed by Seonghwa.
"There, Sir, Your coffee..." Yeosang placed the cup in front of the older, exhaling in content as if he had succeeded a mission.
Seonghwa hummed, Placing the papers back down that he had been grabbing previously, Looking up to see Yeosang in front of him. "Just throw it," The words were followed by a sigh, "You're five minutes late, I lost my appetite."
Yeosang's jaw dropped, Looking at him in obvious disbelief. "I had a small struggle locating the cafeteria," He let out a dry chuckle, "Plus, Five minutes is no big deal, sir."
"It is." Seonghwa's tone suddenly thickened, terrifying Yeosang in the slightest. "Time is money, And money is work."
"Oh, Sir, Please..." Yeosang internally screamed, Rubbing his temple to avoid combusting. "I can just, Bring you a new one?"
"I'll just taste this one." Seonghwa shook his head, Grabbing the cup and removing the cap before he brought it to his mouth a took a sip; Face drawn in am impression of disgust.
"It's cold, Has sugar and milk in it, Tastes like white poison."
"I apologize, Sir." Yeosang rolled his eyes, Crossing arms over his chest as his gaze finally met the older's cold and intense ones. "You know what, Sir? I once was ten minutes to work and boss let me in. But next time, I suppose you should call on the maid, I'm not a woman," Yeosang continued, Ignoring the deep sigh coming from his boss. "I'm a man, A guy. And I do not take responsibilities for such thing, Sir."
"Are you done?" The small rant was ended by Seonghwa folding his hands and looking at a now pissed off yeosang, Unbothered by the words. Not getting a response; he decided to give one: "Guess you are, Now leave. You are a waste of time."
Yeosang rolled his eyes, Turning around and cussing under his breath a few times before he stepped out of the room - Slamming the door deliberately as if he had just got out all of his anger on the poor material.
