It was raining. March 4th (random day lol)
Dream was watching his best friend get married. He was George's best man. It was beautiful, he was beautiful. George was marrying a woman named Clairisa. She was nice don't get me wrong, she was perfect. Dream was so excited for his best friend, or at least he said so.
You see, dream was HOPELESSLY in love with his best friend. Little did he know, George felt the same. George lied to himself everyday in hopes to lie himself into loving Clairisa or CC as she liked to be called. She was so nice and a perfect girl. Trust me, anyone would be lucky to date her but she wasn't dream. When CC purposed (it's 2021 women are revolutionary) to George he couldn't say no and break her heart. Dream ofc was his best friend so he had to be his best man. Watching George get married broke dream.
When he heard they were getting married he broke down in tears after going home due to a "sick stomach". He was going to lose the love of his life. He had to hand his best friend off. He thought about skipping or making up some excuse but he knew George needed him there. As much as it hurt, they both knew they would have to destroy their feelings for each other.
"Dream" George said with a tear in his eye heart broken "I should tell you something before today."
Dream looks down at the boy noticing his pain "yes?"
"I- I like" you. You. YOU. His mind was racing as his heart beat at the speed of light. He panicked and looked for something to say "Lavender!"
Dream chuckled softly a little disappointed "I know dipshit, it's the color of your wedding." IGNORE HIS COLORBLINDNESS!!!
George sighs sadly. He can't confess. It would ruin everything. He has no idea what to do. He has no choice but to marry a woman he doesn't love admiring his best friend from afar. God I love writing. Just thought I'd say that. Also, sorry for the cliffhanger but I really need to get back to class and part 2's are fun. Ttyl loves❤️
