Lucy's P.O.V.

I yawned as a sudden jolt awoke me from my sleep. The train had finally arrived at its final destination, the Star Forest. Star Forest was legendary, as it had one day wiped out a whole city when it suddenly emerged from the ground, the trees twinkling with mysterious light and jewels as valuable as the whole of Foire existed within it. The only problem was, however, when a group of excited travellers went in, they were found dead and bloodied body along the shoreline, which was a three days travel away. This followed with all who continued to venture into the forest, they all mysteriously died.

As I made my way off the train, I closed my eyes as I yawned, before bumping into somebody. Strange, I thought the train was empty, except for me. Opening my eyes, I was shocked to see three gaping figures. Lisanna, Wendy and Levy.

Suddenly, Wendy burst into tears.

"You too, Lucy? They were all so mean! They made us leave, and even after we had been through so much together!"

My eyes widened at this, they made these three leave too? Oh that was it, Fairy Tail was going to pay.

"Shhh, shhh, it's okay Wendy," Levy comforted her.

"So why are you three here?" I was curious, whilst asking.

"We're training, maybe if we train hard enough, we can become strong and Natsu, big sister and big brother, might let us back!"

I smiled sympathetically at Lisanna, before speaking.

"I'm here to train too, I know the rumours, but I want to show them they're wrong! I will become so much stronger! And Lisanna, if they kicked you out for being weak, is that really the type of family you want?"

Lisanna looked down, as if ashamed of wanting to defend her family.

"Hey! I know, why don't we all train together?"

Wendy stopped crying at this, and looked at us all hopefully, as if to say she would be happier with us around her.

Reluctantly, we all agreed.

As we made our way into Star Forest, I felt a clammy hand secure itself into mine. I smiled, knowing that it was Wendy. Entering the forest, I gasped in delight.

The trees glew a beautiful yellow haze, and the grass was mint-green and littered with dews. The trees let in a vague red light, as they sheltered us from the rain that had surrounded us before we entered the forest.

Suddenly, the ground started to move, causing a terrifying roar that forced us to cover our ears.

"What's happening?!?" yelled Lisanna, her eyes wide with panic.

"I read about this, people close to this area always hear this once every three months! Everyone is too scared to find out why!"

I looked at Levy, and moved myself in front of Wendy, as if to protect her. Even if she was easily the strongest one here.

Suddenly, the noise stopped. Thank Mavis. I looked arond, shocked to see all of us on the floor, although the Star Forest seemed unharmed. Everything was still basking in a mystical glow, and all the trees and plants seemed unharmed.

"Lucy..."

"Yes, Wendy?"

"Why is there no noise?"

Startled, I listened, or tried to. Apart from our laboured breathing and voices, nothing was happening. There was no wind, and the ground made no noise as we moved forward.

I stepped forward once more, and then I heard a loud scream pierce the empty forest. Unfortunately, I realised it was mine and I was falling down a great big black hole, with Wendy, Levy and Lisanna in tow.

Great.
