Hey.. wanna sit together for lunch?

To: Bella:

I'm actually sitting with some new friends I made... You can come with us though.

From: Bella:

Okay. I'll be waiting for you guys in the cafeteria.

I smiled at my new friends as we walked together to their table.

I spotted Bella on a corner of the lunch area and called her over.

"Hey guys, this is Bella." She smiled shyly and looked down.

"Nice to meet you, should we go to our table?" One of the girls said. We started walking to their table and sat down.

I noticed Caden and two other guys sat down with us.

"Hey Rafa." Caden said. I smiled and took a bite off my sandwich.

My phone vibrated.

From: Niall:

Hey beautiful, how's your first day going.

To: Niall:

Nialler! Hey it's great! Everyone's so nice here...

From: Niall:

Huh, that's good... Have you met any boys?

To: Niall:

Yeah... They don't compare to you though ;)

From: Niall:

Haha they better not..

I turned off my phone and started talking to everyone. Getting to know people was my thing.

"Hey." Bella whispered in my ear. "I know that girl, Sarah." I smiled.

"She's so nice, isn't she?" Bella glared at me.

"We'll talk later." She went back to eating her sandwich and playing on her phone. Bella without a phone was like Superman without the Super.

"So Rafa.." Caden talked to me, "when did you move here?"

"Two weeks ago..."

"Why?" God.. what did he want? To write a review about me?

"My dad's job." He faintly smiled and I continued eating my sandwich.

"Hey Rafa," Bella whispered, "can you come for a sec?"

"Sure." I stood up and followed Bella out of the cafeteria.

"Sarah Rivers is bad news." She said as we entered the girl's bathroom.

"Why'd you say that?"

"I've met her before. She's a fake bitch."

"Okay... Well then you don't know her that much... She's been nothing but nice to me since I arrived here."

Bella mocked me, laughing slightly at the end.

"You have no idea."

"Hey maybe if you actually would see the positive side of things and you would actually try a little bit to have friends, people would actually want to hang out with you." Her jaw dropped. "I'm not going to stop being Sarah's friend for something false you just told me. And if you have a problem with that you better speak up or back off."

Bella's eyes got teary. She was really sensible.

"No," her voice slightly cracked, "I have no problem at all." She grabbed her bag and stormed out of the bathroom.

Damn. I think I went too far.

I went inside a cubicle and brought my hands to my eyes. I was such a screw up. I knew Bella was sensible and I still attacked her.

Well, but she looked for it, by talking like that about Sarah.

The bell rang and I ran out of the cubicle to my locker. After grabbing the necessary journals I ran to my next class: Science.

Yes... I'm early this time.

The reason why I hated being late was because I caused a bad impression on the teachers and also because when I got a bad grade in behavior, my parents would ground me.

A short man walked into the room and closed the door. He scanned the room and when his eyes landed on me, he smiled.

"I believe you are the new student."

"Yeah, my name is Rafa Carpenter." I heard someone whistle and turned around to find Caden glaring at one of his friends.

"Welcome, I'm Mr. Lightman."

The whole class we dissected frogs. My lab partner was Sarah. I don't understand why Bella says she is mean. She is so sweet.

When the bell rang, I went straight to my locker.

Yay! The day was finally over. I walked to the parking lot and saw my brother standing next to Bella waiting for my mom.

"Hey Simon." I greeted him and then ignored Bella's gaze.

When my mom arrived I got straight into the passenger seat.

"How was your first day."

"It was actually great." I smiled.

"Yes, actually it was amazing." Bella replied, smirking.

"Okay... How bout you, Simon?"

"Was okay." My mom nodded and began driving to our new home.

"Rafa.." My mom knocked on my door. "Dinner is ready." I sighed, turning off PLL.

The good thing about this house was also that Bella and I didn't have to share a room. So now, that we weren't on speaking terms, it was a great thing.

I walked out of my room and into the dinning room. I greeted my father, who had just arrived from work and then sat on the right end of the table, as far away as possible from Bella.

My mom looked at us confused, but sighed, giving up. Seconds later the maid came back from the kitchen with dinner.

Another good thing from Peru; almost everyone had maids working in their houses.

"Thank You, Lucy." The maid smiled and nodded, walking back into the kitchen.

There was sushi for dinner, my favorite food. I didn't talk at all during dinner. I just ate my sushi and then when they were serving dessert, I excused myself from the table.

"You always eat dessert! What's wrong?" My mom asked, worriedly.

"I just don't feel good." She sighed and nodded. I walked straight into my room and turned PLL back on.
