"Wow it's so beautiful here," I continued admiring my sorroundings, as my sister gave me a little tour of her house, "so much prettier than Peru."

My sister shook her head in disappointment, "oh Rafa..." She still didn't approve of me being here without mom's permission. But I really didn't care. At this point, I had no other choice than stay here for the moment, and live with Anita.

"Have you talked to that boy? What was his name? Neil? Nigen? Norb-"

"Niall. His name is Niall." My sister giggled and nodded.

"Of course... Niall... Have you talked to him?" I shook my head no and have her a small frown. I really didn't want to talk about Niall. Just thinking about him made me so depressed. My sister got the hint, and dropped the subject, asking me about my flight.

"So did you meet any hotties in the plane?" I giggled and shook my head.

"Oh gosh, you haven't changed one bit since I last saw you..." I hugged her and she giggled into my neck.

"It's been like 4 years since I last visited..." She added, pulling away.

"I know... I can't believe it. It feels like much less, though," she nodded and I smiled, once again, looking around her rose garden.

"Did you garden these yourself?" I asked, pointing at the pink and yellow roses.

"Yes!" She said, very excited. My stomach growled. I just realized I haven't eaten since I left Peru. I fell asleep on the plane, and couldn't eat any snack.

"You must be starving! Let me give you a snack!" She hurried me to the kitchen and started taking various snacks out of the pantry.

"It's okay, I'll just have an apple." My sisted looked at me in disbelief and shook her head.

"God no! You are so skinny! Forget it, I'm gonna make you a chocolate cake! Or a cheescake, I remember you used to love strawberry, is that still your favorite?"

I giggled, "yes! Thank you! I would really appreciate a cheescake at this very moment."

Anita smiled and clapped, "very well then, you can have some lemonade if you want, while we wait for the cheescake to bake." I nodded and served myself a cup of lemonade.

"Wow, this is delicious! I don't remember your cheesecake being so good!" I exclaimed, popping another piece into my mouth.

Anita giggled and thanked me, as she texted someone on her phone.

"Who are you texting?"

"Zachary. He just picked Theo up from the day care and is on his way home."

"Oh Theo!! I'm so excited to meet him! He looked like such a sweetheart in the pictures you sent us!" I was really looking forward to meeting Anita's first baby boy, Theo. He was just born last year, so I was really looking forward to get to know him.

"Awe, I'm sure he will love you. He loves weird people, just like you!" I snorted and nodded my head.

Just as I was leaving my plate on the dishwasher, the doorbell rang, causing Anita to rush to the front door. I quickly closed the dishwasher and followed her.
