Programming~ user has the ability to have things that look like blue, translucent circuit lines come out of their fingers, when the circuit lines make contact with something, they have full controll over that person or object. By making contact with a person or object a holographic screen of it appears infront of the user only they can see which allows them to controll their target almost like a game.
Drawbacks~ its hard to concentrate on two things while using the holographic screen.
