Lunar~ user can create, shape and manipulate positive lunar energy converted from the moon, several things can be done. First being healing and physical augmentation, they can greatly enhance people healing/regeneration process and physically enhance themselves or others to a certain extent.
~They can use lunar energy for attacks or defense in large or controlled blasts which can be modified and changed for ultimate moves. The power gets stronger at night for obvious reasons and the strongest times of power are on a full moon.
~Water, ocean and earth manipulation based off of those elements connection with the moon.
~moonlight bending, basically light manipulation except its only available with moonlight

Drawbacks~
Weakest when its a new moon and during the day, still powerful but not up to full potential, the moon cycle can also affect their everyday life/emotions.
