Dimension~ user can access the fourth dimension, store things in it and manipulate it.

This is kind of confusing but-

The fourth dimension is a concept of the extension of three dimensional which is what we see. Its an addition to those determining length, area, and volume. {Obviously there's alot more mathmetic and scientific theories and explanations that go into a lot of detail}

A fourth dimensional shifter isn't bound by three dimensional objects just as you would see with 3D and 2D.

When in the fourth dimension the user is practically undetectable along with increased lung capacity, they can alter {manipulate} how 3D beings perceive them.

They can manipulate and shape dimensional elements which include lines, points in space, volume of things etc. Basically meaning they can easily reshape, resize, warp objects in different ways and remove things without harming the object surrounding them for example money in a safe.

The warping includes changing angles {obtuse, right, acute and more advanced variants} sizes of things, distance, able to controll distance between objects without having to move them which can also apply to surrounding structures {making a hallways endless etc}, objects never actually 'touch', they're always separated by a distance even molecular level, using this quirk can possibly fuse to objects down to the atomic level, crushing it into singularity, destroying them etc.

There are lots more applications like link manipulation which is detecting links and joining of two or more objects together, between dimensions, spaces, timeliness/events and more. For example joining a piece of the past to the future thus warping reality, but this is getting all too complicated so I would advice some more research if you want to be more informed on this specific quirk :
