Anger~ user uses their own and other people negative emotions to manifest abilities, they get enhanced strength, durability, speed etc. They can also induce pain and anger onto others. The user also has devil horns and tail aswell as red eyes (optional obvs) maybe extra long nails aswell?.

I cant think of any tbh, and you don't necessarily need any drawbacks anyways!
