Tattoo~ the user can have any tattoo they want, whether it's two dragon tattoos on each shoulder blade, snake tattoo on your arms etc (i was originally going to make it so it was just the dragon one, but since it could be any design and not just dragons I changed it to this, be creative!) And they can make the tattoo come to life and controll them.
This quirk isnt really specific in any way, whichever design you make up will most likely influence your hero/villain name so that's all im writing about for this quirk!
