Tattoo~ user can bring any drawings/tattoos on their skin to life, making them animate and 3D, they can create anything living or non living. Aslong as the pictures are accurate as to how the user wants them to be their creations can be used anyway they want, attached to their body or not. For example, the user can draw a cage on their arm, and manifest it in real life to capture an enemy, the size of the cage could be decided by the user, and not just the size but almost all properties of the cage would be chosen by the user like the functions/uses etc, this would work for all things brought to life. In a way it is similiar to momo and twices' quirks, except the process is different.
Drawbacks~ there are not any time limits to this quirks, if the user was to draw a knife on their arm the quirk won't activate unless they intend for it to do so. However, if the illustration is faded or messed up it can effect the real life version and make it easier to destroy, the better the pen/drawing the stronger the users creations are.
