Slow~ user has the ability to slow their opponents attacks and movements for a minute time-limit, every interval between using this power has to be around ten minutes. The user can also see the world in a much slower rate, giving them amazing reflexes and reactions, able to dodge any attacks and move much quicker and agile than the average speed. The rate can be heightened but this can cause slight strain to the eyes when the highest is held for too long.
Drawbacks~ when not using quirk or fighting movements are much more sluggish
