Life force~ user is able to take the life force energy of any living thing around them like plants and humans, and transfer the energy into non living things to manipulate and controll them. An example is taking life force from your opponent, and transferring the energy into the ground so you can use it to your will, with this you could achieve element manipulation and much more.
Drawbacks~ this quirk could prove as dangerous if used recklessly, life force flows in everyone living thing and keeps it alive, taking too much away could kill the source of energy. With plants this isn't as bad but with humans the user could easily kill someone. Also, the more energy there is the better controll the user has over what they're manipulating.
