The tournment

We had trained and trained over and over again. Sensei still said Miguel and I were the best students but Eli was getting so good I was so proud of him.

We were all at the all valley stadium well all of us expect sensei. He will be here, Aisha assured us. Miguel save some for the tournament, Eli said. I looked over Miguel was still pretty broken up after the break up. I wouldn't be so sure about that, Bert said.

What wait are u talking about, Eli asked. Well I was at the mini mark buying a Carton of milk, and when I walked out he was drunk, Bert explained. Why didn't u tell us that earlier, Eli asked.

I've seen him drunk so many times I didn't think it was a big deal, Bert said. Well we are here and sensei isn't so it's officially a big deal, Eli said.

Calm down hawk, I said with a smirk.

What if he drove off a cliff or bough a gun and blow his brains out, Eli asked. Sensei wouldn't do that it's to much of a pussy move, Aisha said.

Well we are just gonna have to do it without him, Eli said. Do what without me, sensei said. We didn't think you were gonna show up, I said. I might not always win but I never back out of a fight, sensei said.

Ok let's do this, Miguel yelled.

Wait there's one more thing I have to teach y'all, sensei said. We walked in and stood in a circle. I taught y'all to strike first and to strike hard, but I never taught y'all no mercy. The older u get the more ur gonna learn that life isn't fair, you wake up one morning feeling great then life throws a spinning heal kick to ur balls, takes a big steaming shit in your mouth, sensei said.

Eli and I looked at each other trying not to laugh.

You get a f on a test, get suspended, fall in love with a girl some other dude comes and steals her away, ur car gets set on fire, just when u think things are going good everything falls apart that's how it goes. Cobra Kai, Miguel yelled. Yeah, everyone yelled. Eli looked so hot when he yelled.

So let's get down there and kick the shit out of everybody.

Miguel took his gi out. No, where not wearing those, sensei said. We all went to the lookers to get ready.
He ended up giving us these black and yellow gi's.

We put them on. I looked around to find Eli and he was finishing up. I ran up to him. U look good, I said winking. U look better, he said picking me up and pulling me in for a kiss. We could hear the announcer calling the dojo's names. We were next. We ran out yelling cobra Kai and the. stood in a line. I looked up and saw moon sitting by Demetri.

Demetri was one of my bestfriends and he knew how insecure I was and for him to be sitting by her after what she did. I tried to ignore it.

Is was just Miguel, Eli, Robby, Zander and some other random boy. Eli went against Zander and ended up winning. I won against the other boy. Which left Eli, Miguel, Robby, and I. Robby ended up winning against me. I had a lot of faith in Eli. Until Robby said something and me and his hair. When Robby turned around Eli kicked him, causing him to get disqualified.

I heard a voice say he is so hot, I looked up and it was moon. I staring making a fist when Eli whispered in my ear what's wrong.

It's nothing, i said back to Eli undoing my fist. There was a break so I went to the bathroom.

When I came back I saw Eli talking to moon. He told me she meant nothing so I wasn't to worried until I saw her hug him. I tried so hard to calm down but I couldn't. I walked up next to them and kissed him. When I pulled away I bit his lip pulling him closer.

I wanted her to make sure she knew who he belongs to. She looked at me with disgust. The final is about to start when should go, I said. Pulling Eli away. I know I was being petty but I didn't want anyone to have Eli but me.

When we got back in the line Eli asked me what my problem was. I don't have a problem do u, I asked. Come on Caitlyn, u never kiss me like that especially not in front of other people, he said. The fight is starting, I said.

Robby was injured bc of Eli and he tried to continue. It was 2-1 Miguel was winning. Come one Miguel u got this, I whispered. Should I kiss you for saying that, Eli asked. What, I said. You kissed me for talking to moon so I was just asking, Eli said.

Miguel walked back over bc of a break. I know his weakness sensei, Miguel said. It's his shoulder. Sensei made a sad face like something was wrong.

Miguel ended up winning. We were all cheering but I looked at sensei and he was sad. I watch as he walked over to Robby. I stood close to them making sure I could hear them. Sensei was saying how he was sorry and then I heard.

Robby say it's ok dad. That's why sensei was sad Robby was his son.
