It was just a dream

AHHH, I yelled at the top of my lungs. I finally woke up from that nightmare but the pain felt so real. Sweetie what's wrong, Johnny said running in. I I had- I tried said but was crying to much. It was just a nightmare, he said rubbing my head. It's already 6 so u might as well not go back to sleep, he said. Yeah ok, I said calming myself down. I went to the bathroom to take a shower.

I tried taking my mind off things but I couldn't. I could feel hawk dead in my arms. I felt the pain in real life too. I but one cold water like hawk always did when I had my scars. He always knew how to take care of me. The cold water made me shiver but the pain was almost washed away.

I got out and looked in the mirror. I guess I cut myself shaving but to me it looked like his blood. I quickly wiped it off. Do I really love him, I thought. No I would feel like this about anyone dying.

I got dressed and watched TikTok for a little bit. After leaving home I sat in my car waiting for people to walk into school. I didn't really want to walk in by myself. I walked straight to class so I didn't have to see cobra Kai. The dream scared me so bad I didn't pay attention to anything in first block.

In third block hawk sat by me. It was the only way we could be close with anyone thinking we were dating. How are u texting, hawk I asked knowing the answer was tory. No, he said putting his phone away. I stole his phone away and started reading that next. Do u love me hawk, I said. Yes, he whispered. What, I asked not sure of what he said. Oh nothing, he said. He tried grabbing the phone but failed so he started tickling. Tory and I made eye contact and she was pissed but I didn't care.

Then it hit me, this was everything that happened in my dream. It was to late and we fell over out of the chair. He fell on top of me and we almost kissed but the teacher yelled at us and he quickly got up. How about y'all sit outside, the teacher said. I could feel my stomach twirling. Hawk busted out laughing. Now, the teacher yelled. We walked outside and stood by the door.

Maybe it was a coincidence or maybe hawk was about to die. I guess we are still trouble makers, he said. Let's go on a tour, he offered. No I think we should just stay here, I said trying to stop us from leaving. Come on ur always up for tours, he said grabbing my hand. I let us go a little ways so he wouldn't guess something was wrong.

I could see the gym coming up, hawk we should probably go back, I said. Why what's wrong, he asked. Nothing I just don't want to get in trouble, I said. U always want to get in trouble, why did u decided to be a good girl know, he said. A what, I asked. A good girl, he said. I busted out laughing and he joined shortly after.
Let's go to the gym, he said walking that way. I grabbed his arm and pulled him into a classroom. Caitlyn what is wrong, he asked. Nothing, I said trying to convince him. Ur lying, he said. No I'm not, I said. Yes u are just tell me what's wrong, he yelled. No, I demanded.

Come on can't u just tell me that truth it's not that hard I do it to you all the time are we not really friends bc I though- he said. I interrupted him by kissing him. I didn't want him to actually think something was wrong so I had to distract him. Instead of kissing his cold lips I felt his warm and soft lips.

He didn't pull away, we sat there making out for a while. I pulled away and smiled, while he gave me his smirk. I know something is wrong, he said making my smile disappear. Why, I asked. U don't just kiss me for nothing, he said. Actually it's a new thing I'm trying out, I said. Oh really, he asked. Yeah I'm gonna start kissing all my friends, I said. Friends, he asked. Yeah friends, I said. I don't kiss my friends like that, he said. U just did, I said. Ok but that's different, he said. What u do U think of me then, I asked. Umm I don't know, he said walking close to me again.

Hawk we shouldn't, I said. I'm trying this with the people I'm close with ur first, he said kissing me. I was addicted to hawk and he couldn't tell even tho I practically melted at his voice.

He started kissing my neck and I wanted to stop him but I couldn't. The bell rang and he stopped. I saved hawk in the best way possible. Bye princess, he said walking out. I stayed in there for a little bit so no one suspected anything.

I looked on my camera and saw that I had a hickey. Shit, I said trying to cover it up. I pulled  my hoodie over my head hoping it would cover up and then left for lunch. I walked in and hawk was looking at me. He smirked and I smiled back. What was that about, tory asked. What, hawk asked. U just smirked at her, tory said. No I was smiling at Miguel see, he said pointing. Thankfully Miguel was actually behide me.

I sat down and so did Miguel. Caitlyn what is that, he asked. What, I asked. That on ur neck, he said pointing. Oh I just burned my neck with a curling iron, I said. Ur hair is straight today Caitlyn, he said. Shit did I say curling iron I meant straightener, I said. Yeah right u better not be doing anything stupid, he said.

Trust me I won't, I said looking at hawk.
