I tried ignoring hawk for the next couple of days, he even stopped coming to the dojo. I guess he really did join cobra Kai. I walked into the dojo, a little late.

Hey Caitlyn have u seen hawk, Miguel asked. I looked at Demetri everyone else was wondering the same thing. Umm no is he not here, I asked. No he stopped coming and he doesn't talk to us anymore do u know anything about that, he asked. No I haven't talked to hawk since he chose gabby over me, I said.

Yeah we heard about that I thought he changed, Miguel said. Yeah I did to, I said. Caitlyn i should to told u he doesn't change, Demetri said. What do u mean, I asked. Hawk doesn't change he never turned into a cool kid until someone told him to and he was still a loser now that he's a bully he won't change back he's hurt to many people, Demetri said.
He was right we all gave hawk multiple choices and he failed over and over again.

Caitlyn pay attention, Johnny yelled. Yeah I'm sorry, I said. I couldn't stop thinking about hawk, how he joined cobra Kai again, he chose them again. Ok that's it for today we will see y'all Tomorrow, Daniel said.

Hey Caitlyn can I talk to u, Miguel asked. Yeah what's up, I said. Ur my best friend and I'm urs right, Miguel said. Yeah u are, I said. Are u hiding something from me again, Miguel asked. I looked down. Caitlyn look at me and tell me the truth, he said. Look I can't, I said. I know u care about hawk and u love him but u have to tell me, he said. He most likely already knew bc he knew it was about hawk.

Fine but u can't tell anyone, Hawk joined cobra Kai again, I said. He gasped. He did what we gave him another chance and he betrays us again, Miguel yelled. I know he did I'm sorry that's why I tried keeping it from u, I said. And u still love him, he asked. No I don't love hawk anymore, I said. Good bc that isn't hawk that's a whole other person, Miguel said.

I drove off thinking about what Miguel said. Hawk being a whole other person scared me. The thought of him at cobra Kai pissed me off. I drove faster and almost recked bc I was crying and screaming. I got home and immediately cried my self to school.

I woke up the next morning looking like a mess. I got in the shower hoping that when I got out I would look better. I put my hair in a messy bun bc I knew hawk loved those. I walked into school late so I wouldn't have to talk to anyone. Hawk was horrible at hiding the fact he was in cobra Kai, he was always by them talking to them.

He tried to talk to me multiple times but I ignored him. I was sitting with miyagi-do at lunch when Miguel stood up and started walking to hawk. Hi man, hawk said.

How could u, Miguel said. What are u talking about, hawk asked. You joined them again, Miguel said. Who told u that, hawk said. Doesn't matter we gave u a second chance, after everything we did for u, u betrayed us, Miguel said. Y'all betrayed me, hawk said. Look this isn't u talking hawk kreese is getting in ur head again, Miguel said.

No kreese isn't y'all are can y'all ever leave me alone, hawk said. No we are trying to help u we have always been but u just can't handle someone loving u, I said. Princess it isn't like that, hawk said. No hawk it is and don't call me that, I said. He frowned. So these are who ur friends are, Miguel said walking away.

I looked at the cobra's they were all smirking at me. Hawk stood there in silence. For u pansies no space is safe, i said walking away. I followed after Miguel to talk to him.

Hey Miguel wait up, I said. What, he said. I'm sorry I should have told u sooner, I said. It's ok u will always be my best friend, he said hugging me. I walked back to the table. What was that about, Demetri asked.

Oh nothing, I said. I couldn't let anyone else know. Do u want to come over to my house later, Demetri asked. Umm sure, I said. Hey freak are u flirting with my girl, hawk said. Hawk what happened to u, Demetri asked. He joined cobra Kai again, i said. I stopped caring about hawk I didn't want to protect him. Also I'm not ur girl, I said. But princess- I cut him off I'm not ur princess either, don't talk to me hawk, I said walking away.

I walked to my car and watched hawk get bullied by cobra Kai I guess he was still paying the price. I was smiling, why was I smiling he was in pain and I was smiling.

ELI'S POV:
Demetri was flirting with her, my girl and he knew that. Hey freak are u flirting with my girl, I asked. He looked confused. Hawk what happened to u, he asked. He looked shocked like I hurt him. He joined cobra Kai, Caitlyn said. I knew she told Miguel she was smiling when she said it to, like the girl I feel in love with was gone. I'm not ur girl, she said. It hurt to hear her say that.

But princess, I tried to say but she interpreted me. I'm not ur princess either, she said getting up and walking away. She left me there I could feel my heart hurting.

School was over I watched her walk over to her car and get it. Hey lip, freak, loser, the cobra's said. I was still paying the price from leaving cobra Kai in the first place. They were pushing me around. I looked up and saw Caitlyn smiling at them, not me but smiling at me in pain. She didn't love me anymore, didn't care, didn't feel bad, and she didn't want to protect me and that hurt the most. I hurt more than me getting hit.

I always lost her but I got her back but she had never been like this. She always wanted to protect me like her worst fear was losing me.

If only she knew that I was doing this to protect her.
