The surprise

Chapter 12

Zander, Jord and I walk back to my house. I hear a lot of laughing. I gulp and look up at Zander and Jord. "Do I have to?" I ask and they nod. I look at the kitchen door and then back at them.

Zander and Jord sigh "fine we'll go in first." Zander says and rolls his eyes as he walks into the kitchen.

Jord walks in next and I follow behind him. Everyone stops talking and looks at us. Jord and Zander move so they're next to me.

I look at dad then look at his girlfriend. Jord clears his throat and I gulp. "I'm sorry." I quietly say. "My outburst was unnecessary and I shouldn't have freaked out. Mom and dad split up years ago so naturally you guys will date other people. I just wasn't ready to except that I guess." I say in the same quiet voice.

Dad nods and his girlfriend looks at him. "I think you should apologize to Hailey as well." I look at dad shocked. "And before you start fighting. You should because you pushed her." I look at dad in shock then look at Hailey.

"No I'm not apologizing to her. She was flirting with Jord and trying to get him to sleep with her. She deserved it. She's lucky all I did was push her if I could've I would've..." Dad glares at me and Jord quietly growls.

I look at Jord and he doesn't look happy. "She was flirting with you she should be apologizing to me." I quietly say but I guess not quiet enough because dad talks. "Why should she apologize to you?" "Well besides calling me weak and useless she also called me a slut." Dad looks at Hailey than at me.

"Well I wasn't wrong you are one. Dating 2 guys at the same time. That's something a slut would do." "Oh bite me." I say annoyed and Jord and Zander smirk. I lightly hit them and they chuckle.

"See you have 2 stupid muts head over heels for you and you were here for what 3 days." Jord and Zander look at Hailey. "Muts." Zander says confused. And him and Jord laugh. "You have no idea who we are. You have no idea who we're related to. You don't know how much power we hold." Jord says.

"Jord and Zander that's enough." Dad says annoyed. "No it's not enough. You're taking you're fuck buddies child's opinion over your own daughters. You won't even listen to Scar's side of the story and why she pushed Hailey. Hailey just called Scar  a slut and instead of saying something like a father should do you try and yell at Zander and I for standing up for Scar and taking Scars side." Jord angrily says.

"I'll see you at the meeting on Tuesday ALPHA Stone." He says very annoyed. Jord grabs my hand and starts pulling me out of the kitchen.

He pulls me upstairs and into my room. "Pack a bag." He says and I look at him confused. "You're staying at our house tonight. So pack pjs and a outfit for school tomorrow. Zander can you get her backpack." Jord says and I gulp.

"I don't think dad will like me staying at your guy's house." Zander and Jord look at me. "He sat there watching and listening to Hailey call you names. If he had a problem with it he can take it up with out father." Jord says and grabs a bag. He goes over to my closet and starts looking through my clothes.

He grabs one of the outfits and put them in the bag. He then goes to my dresser and starts looking through the drawers I guess trying to find pjs. He packs the bag and closes it. He hands the back to Zander. Jord grabs my hand and starts pulling me downstairs and outside.

Zander puts the bags in the back and climbs in. I climb into the car and sit next to him. Jord sits in the front and starts driving away. Jord puts on that calming music he had in earlier and I groan.

"Are you trying to put me to sleep." He shakes his head. "I'm trying to keep you from freaking and stressing out." He calmly says.

I sigh and listen to the music. After a while I start to get tired like I thought I would. I rest my head against Zander's shoulder and close my eyes. Shortly after that I am out.

I wake up to Jord lightly shaking me. "Little one it's time to wake up." I shake my head and look away from him. "Nooo." I say whining a little and Jord sighs. "Babygirl either you get out voluntarily or I'm picking you up and carrying you inside. And you don't want my family seeing you all sleepy and whiny right."

I look up at Jord. He's standing there with his arms crossed across his chest and a slight smirk on his face. I gulp and slowly climb out of the car.

Jord then bends over leaning inside the car and he smacks Zander. "Hey dipshit we're home." Jord basically screams. Zander smacks him and climbs out of the car.

He grumpily walks over to me. I giggle "well good afternoon to you." He groans and leans against the car. I smile and roll my eyes. Jord opens the back of the car. He grabs my backpack and my bag of clothes. "Ok time to go inside."

Jord starts walking towards the house. I quickly follow after him and Zander tiredly shuffles behind me. We get to the door. "Be nice to our family. our family is pretty important. And when you talk to out dad call him either Mr.Cross, sir or alpha. Anything other than that he thinks is disrespectful. Our mom just call her Mrs.Cross." Jord says and I nod.
