Chapter 27

I wake up to lots of laughing. I sit up and look around confused. Jord wraps his arms around me and pulls me towards him. He kisses my neck. "Lay back down baby. It's just your dad, his girlfriend and her daughters." Jord says and I slowly melt into his touch.

I close my eyes and fall asleep yet again. I wake up and roll over. Jord's not here. I quickly sit up and look around the room. Jord's not in my room at all. I get out of bed and run downstairs.

"Dad where's Jord. He's not in my room. Did he leave. He did didn't he." I say as I run into the living room. Dad, His girlfriend, Hailey, Emma, Zayden and Julie are all sitting there.

"Where's Jord? I know he left. I want to know what's so important that he had to leave me." I say and everyone looks at each other. I sigh and sit on one of the chairs.

He probably left me. Like left me left me. He got what he wanted. He had sex with me. He probably won't come back. And will probably get back together with Harley. Of course he would because he still has feelings for her.

"Babygirl I was just in the...." I hear Jord say. I look up and he's standing at the Kitchen door holding a bowl of popcorn. He looks at me and immediately he looks worried.

He walks over to Zayden and shoves the bowl in his hands. He then walks over to me and takes my hands. He pulls me out of my seat and leads me into the kitchen. He stops once we're inside.

"What's the tears for?" Jord asks. I shake my head and wipe the tears away. "Babygirl you can tell me what's wrong." He calmly says. "I thought you left me. I thought you left me left me because you got what you wanted." I quietly say and he furrows his eyebrows in confusion.

"Got what I wanted? My love the only thing I want is for you to be happy. I want to make you happy and feel loved." He says and now it's my turn to look at him confused.

"So you don't want me just for sex." I ask and Jord laughs. "Oh god Babygirl you're so funny. Of course not. Why would I be with you for sex. You're my mate." He says and I shrug.

"I don't know. I woke up and couldn't find you. I thought you left because you got what you wanted." I explain and he sighs. He walks over to me and grabs my hips. He rests his forehead against mine and closes his eyes.

"I will never leave you." He whispers before pecking my lips. I smile and wrap my arms around him. "Why don't we go in the living room?" Jord suggests. "Hailey won't try anything right?" I ask him.

"Hopefully not, but if she does I'll say something back." Jord says and I nod. I take his hand and lead him into the living room. I gently push him on one of the recliner chairs and I climb on his lap.

"You are so cute." Jord whispers. I blush and hide my face. I look up and see they're watching a movie. "What movie are you guys watching?" I ask. "Jumanji." Bubba says and I frown.

"Well I want to watch Twilight." I say and he looks at me with wide eyes. "No I have watched it like a million times with you. And each time it sucks even more." He says and I roll my eyes. "Maybe you suck." I mumble and he chuckles.

"Did you just say I suck?" He asks and I nod. "Because you do. I like twilight and you always complain about it. I don't complain when you watch your dumb horror movies." I explain. Bubba just shakes his head and chuckles.

"Just watch the movie Scar. I think you'll like it." Bubba says and I sigh. I look at the tv and start to watch the movie. It's actually a lot better then I thought it would be.

After Jumanji we watch the second one. And after that it's like 11 something at night. Dad yawns. "Well we're going to bed." He says and I nod. "Ok goodnight." "Night Scar." He tiredly mumbles.
