The surprise

Chapter 20

Luckily I don't see any. Dad grabs what look like a bunch of locks and put them on the door. He then grabs blankets and covers me with them. I keep taking them off and dad is definitely mad.

"Keep them the hell on." Dad angrily says. "But I'm hot." I whine and he sighs. "Scarlet you need to keep them on." I shake my head and take them off yet again.

After a while my whole body starts to hurt and it feels like someone is breaking my bones 1 by 1. I whimper and scream as the feeling of my bones breaking continues.

I look at Jord and Zander. "Make it stop please it hurts." I beg and they look away. I whine and sit on the floor for what feels like hours sweating, crying, screaming.

After a while everything goes black and all I see is red. The only thing I can hear is screaming. What's going on?

"Babygirl let her go." Someone says. I whimper and turn around. I see Jord.
Damn he's a lot taller than normal. I look down and my hands are now Brownish red paws. I whine and Jord kneels down.

I slowly walk over to him and lay next to him. He smiles and pets my head "good girl little one." He praises and I whine. Stupid wolf me. Jord continues petting me until I fall asleep.

I wake up cradled in Jord's arms. I slowly sit up and Jord pulls me back onto the bed. "Sleep Babygirl you just spent the last 4 hours changing into your wolf. You're probably exhausted." I slowly nod and lay back down.

"Where's Zander?" I whisper and Jord chuckles. "Why? Am I not enough for you?" Jord says and I smile. "No you are it's just that Zander Normally lays with me too." Jord rolls his eyes.

"He's in the kitchen talking to your dad about the whole you turning into a wolf and becoming part of the pack thing." I nod and snuggle closer to him. "Goodnight." I quietly say. Jord chuckles "goodnight Babygirl."

The next day

I wake up in the morning. I'm laying on my side with Zander behind me. His arm is wrapped around me and his legs are tucked right behind mine. So he's spooning me.

So at some point last night Zander and Jord switched spots. But where's Jord? Zander sighs and buries his face in my neck. He gently kisses my neck. "Go back to sleep Princess not only did you turn into a wolf for the first time but you also got pleasured yesterday." Zander mumbles.

I blush and hide my face. "I'm not tired." I quietly answer. Zander smiles and nips at my neck. "Are you sure?" He asks and I gulp. I nod and he chuckles.

"You seem a little quiet are you ok?" Zander asks. His hand that originally was around my waist is now running up and down my thigh. I slowly nod.

"Words Princess. Use your words." Zander says and goes back to kissing my neck. "I-I'm ok." I mumble and Zander smiles against my neck.

The door swings open and someone pulls Zander off the bed. "What the hell Zander." Jord screams and Zander sits up. "What?" Jord rolls his eyes and stares at Zander. "You promised not to do anything." He growls and Zander rolls his eyes.

"I didn't do anything." "You were touching her and kissing her neck which will only lead to what you promised not to do." Jord angrily says.

I look at Jord then at Zander and back at Jord. What is Jord talking about. Nothing would've happened I have self control.

"I wasn't going to do anything." Zander says and Jord rolls his eyes. "Yeah ok I believe you." He sarcastically says and walks over towards me. Jord lifts me up. "Come on Babygirl why don't we go get you something to eat?" Jord asks and I nod.

He carries me downstairs and into the kitchen. Shawn is standing at the stove making something. Dad and his girlfriend are at the table. As soon as his girlfriend sees me she hides behind dad.

I furrow my eyebrows in confusion. Jord chuckles "When you turned into a wolf last night you bit her." I gasp and quickly look at her. "I'm sorry." I say and she slowly moves away from dad.

"It's ok I know you don't like me very much." I frown "yeah but that's no excuse to bite you." She smiles "It's ok it's nothing compared to what Hailey did when she first changed." I smile a small smile.

Jord sits on one of the chairs at the table and places me on his lap. "So what are you making?" I ask Shawn. "Pancakes and waffles. Oh and bacon." I smile "yay I love waffles and pancakes."

"I know that's why I'm making them." Shawn says and I smile even more. "So how did you sleep last night?" Dad asks and I shrug.

"Ok I guess I don't remember much from last night so I'm assuming I slept good." Dad nods and starts texting someone.

"Am I going to school today?" I ask and everyone looks at me. "I just figured you know with everything that happened yesterday I should just go to school and try to be normal."

"You can I just thought you might want to help Hailey and Lily move in." I gulp "move in." Dad nods. "Don't worry sweetie I had a talk with them and told them how you're kind of protective of the cross boys."

"I umm I guess I'm going to school." Jord and Zander chuckle. "How about we go to the mall instead." Jord suggests. I look at them "you want to go to the mall?" He nods "yeah I mean we have alpha training at 1 and the mall is like right next to the training place so I figured we could kill time and you won't be here with Lily and Hailey."

I nod "yeah that sounds good. I'll go get dressed." I quietly say as I climb off Jord's lap.

I walk upstairs and into my room. I put on jeans and a random t-shirt. I walk back downstairs and Jord and Zander are waiting at the door for me.

I say bye to dad,bubba and dad's girlfriend. Then I walk outside and climb in the back seat with Jord.
