The surprise

Chapter 14

I hear quick footsteps running towards the room. "Are you ok Princess?" "Yeah why are you whimpering." Zander and Jord say and they run towards the room. They get to the doorway and stop. "Ohh hi dad." They both say basically at the same time.

Mr.Stone turns and glares at them. "Why is she here?" He angrily says. Jord and Zander look at each other. "Now!" Their dad says in a very demanding voice. I whimper and back up even more. Dumb me forgets I'm on the edge of the bed and I fall off it.

And just when I think I couldn't embarrass myself anymore. I slowly sit up and look over at Jord and them. Mr.Cross does not look impressed at all. Jord and Zander look worried and a little scared. The boy who I'm assuming is their brother is standing there smiling.

My cheeks heat up even more and a few tears roll down my cheeks. I move hiding as best as I can. God I wish I could die. Just right now I wish I was dead. I embarrassed myself infront of Jord and Zander's dad. Who apparently is very important. And He doesn't like me at all.

I gulp and burry my face in my hands. Someone walks over to me. They grab my hands and pull them away from my face. Jord is standing there looking very worried. I whimper and grab him pulling him towards me. I burry my face in his chest and he wraps his arms around me.

"It's ok Babygirl you don't have to cry people fall all the time." I shake my head. "I gave you dad attitude and when he said he was your dad I called him Sir Mr.Alpha Cross." I sob and start crying a little harder. Jord starts laughing and I hit his arm. "It's not funny it's embarrassing."

He sighs "come on little one it is a little funny." I shake my head and hide my face even more. "Then instead of apologizing to him I just whimpered like a weak puppy." Jord chuckles "you couldn't have been like a weak puppy cause you haven't turn yet." I hit his arm yet again.

"Ok ok I'll stop making jokes." He says and starts to rub my back. After a while I slowly pull away and look up at him."all better now?" Jord asks and I nod. He smiles and leans down pressing his lips against mine. I hear Zander growl. Jord pulls away and growls back.

"Knock it off." Their dad basically screams. I jump and snuggle closer to Jord. "I want to know who this chic is. Why she's here and why you 2 are growling and fighting over her." Mr.Cross demands.

Jord takes my hand and slowly stands up. "This is Scarlet and she's our mate." Mr.Cross looks at me then at Jord and Zander in disbelief. I gulp and hide my face in Jord's side. He wraps his arm around me.

"You mean to tell me this innocent fragile chic is both of yours mate." Mr.Cross says in disbelief and Jord and Zander nod. "Friday was her first day at our school. And Friday night at a party my friend was throwing we realized she was our mate." The boy laughs "bullshit she doesn't look like the partying type."

"It was a party my brother threw." I quietly say. "Didn't you say earlier to her that she didn't change yet?" Jord and Zander nod again. "Then how do you..." Jord cuts him off. "Because we know she's our mate." He says and glares at his dad.

"You know we have to do the test right." Their dad says and they nod. "Test? What test." I ask and Jord and Zander look at me.

"Nothing super important it's just a test to see if you truly love us which it won't work because you may be our mate but right now we're not your mates because you're not a wolf yet." I look at them even more confused.

They sigh "you'll know what we mean soon." Zander says and I nod. "Dinner's ready." I'm assuming Jord and Zander's mom says. Everyone looks at the door.

"Come on babygirl let's get some food in your belly." Jord says and starts pulling me downstairs. "But I ate earlier before the whole fight thing happened." I whisper and Jord stops walking he looks at me and sighs.

"Look Little one you might not understand it yet, but my parents are really important in the wolf world. And my parents don't like when people are rude to them and disobey them. Now my mom said diners done. Meaning we're all going to the dinning room and eating. That includes you." He angrily says.

I whimper and move away from him a little. "I'm sorry I yelled. Just please eat even if it's a little." I gulp and slowly nod. Jord smiles and kisses the top of my head. "Good now let's go before we get in trouble." I nod and he starts pulling me towards the dinning room.

I hear a lot of voices coming from the dinning room. "Who's all in there." I quietly say. And Jord chuckles. "Mom, my sister, probably my sister's boyfriend, my Dad's Beta his wife and daughter, my brothers friend might be in there. Then my dad, brother, and Zander."

"Ummm what's a Beta?" "He's basically the second in command kinda like a Vice President. So if my dad would die for some reason he would take over." I slowly nod.

"Come on Little one there's not that many people in there." "Yeah but they all know you. And to them I'm just a dumb human that has 2 guys wrapped around her finger."

Jord chuckles "please I am not wrapped around your finger." I sigh "I just don't want them judging me. Hailey and them judged me enough today." I basically whisper and Jord sighs. He grabs my waist and pulls me towards him hugging me.

"No one will judge you and if they do that's the dumbest mistake they ever made because she has 2 alpha's that'll do anything to keep her happy." I slowly nod "yeah I guess." "Come on Princess moms going to have a fit if we're late." Zander says as he walks over to us.

I pull away from Jord. "Come on." Jord says and starts walking into the dinning room. I try my best to hide behind Zander. We walk inside and everyone looks at us really confused for some reason. Zander sighs and grabs my hand. "You don't have to hide they're nice." He says as he pulls me so I'm standing next to him.
