For the next week I was adamant on avoiding him at all costs. I even skipped classes. My phone wouldn't stop blowing up. And he wouldn't stop approaching my friends.
He acted clueless.
How can you act clueless when you went out to dinner with the girl that you always fucked and your parents while you just got done making me feel like I was important to you? How does that happen?
Opening up to people just wasn't fucking worth it.
I skipped a class for him.
I skipped a homework assignment because of him.
My mind couldn't deal with the fact that I had broken my own rules for a guy that only bent his.
After we did get back home from the grille catastrophe—he did keep his promise. He came back. He showed up to my door with a smile on his face and while I was in my room with my face in my pillow- Sloane answered the door. She apparently opened it and then closed it.
He knocked again after she slammed it closed, but nobody answered.
The girls decided to stay home with me for the rest of the week because simply, we didn't want to party. It was becoming cold outside and we just decided to ditch all the men and watch Hallmark movies.
