me, maddi, and zora ended up going to a little café. i ordered a tea with a blueberry muffin, zora and maddi both got a coffee and oatmeal. we sat there at our table for a little while talking and making jokes, after a while i felt my phone buz i picked it up to see that my mom was calling me, so i answered it.
"Yes mom?" i asked questionably through the phone.
"you need to come home it's getting late," she said in a strict manner.
"okay ill be there in a few, love you bye," i sighed, i really didn't want to leave but i guess i have to.
"okay, love you too bye," she hung up the phone.
"i have to go home in a few," i said sadly, i really didn't want to go home right now. i was having a lot of fun with my new friends, but i guess all good things have to come to an end.
"awe, that really sucks. we had fun hanging with you tho." maddi replied with a frown on her face. i did a small sad wave before starting to walk away.
"wait! do you want a ride?" zora asked with a smile on her face.
"um, yes that would be great," i replied back flashing her a quick smile.
"okay, my mom is actually picking me up so you can come with me." she told me as she gathered her things. i nodded in response, we both started walking to the door after saying our goodbyes to maddi. we walked outside, and we both got inside the car, it was a really nice car.
about 15 minutes later i arrived to my house, i thanked the both of them before getting out of the car, and walking inside my house. i sighed before walking upstairs to my room, i felt my phone buzz so i picked it up to see who it was.

nathan: heyyy sweetheart did you miss me ;)
me: oh god here we go again... and no i didn't :)
nathan: well i missed you sweetheart.
me: STOP CALLING ME THAT.
nathan: never, you know you love it.
me: i do not. i'm going to bed.
nathan: NO i'm sorry i'll stop... for now.
me: what did you want?
nathan: oh yeah, my mom wanted to know if you'd come over for dinner.
me: yeah sure i'll go, what time?
nathan: in 30 minutes, also kayla is going to be there.
me: oh. i thought you said you were gonna break it off with her?
nathan: i am going to i just feel bad.
me: okay you do you.
nathan: see you soon sweetheart :)
me: ok.

i sighed before getting up, and getting ready. i don't know why i was so upset about kayla coming. i should really just get over this little crush on nathan, it's not going to do me any good. i decided to keep the same outfit on, and just brush my hair. (you can add makeup if you'd like :P). i went downstairs to tell my mom where i was going, then i headed out the door. before making my way to nathan's house, this could either go really bad or really good.
