Roy sat behind his desk. His cousin, freshly bathed and dress in a pink and yellow top and skirt combonation, stood beside him with painted lined lips and serious eyes.

Despite her girlish, some might even say, froofroo appearance. She stood like a soldier, back straight and hands clasped behind it.

His unnecessary defence. Their opponents? Several members of the council.

"We can't send them back" Matthew absently commented, to which no one said a word. It was obvious, Emerald and Jade were their main source of sustenance. The pack was of old money and with their  brilliant and or lucky investors, they were also new a money. And with their massave wealth, they naturally became a target by their less fortunate neighboring packs.

Arsenal, was gun for hire, they man the borders and fight the battles at their clients request and it's thanks to them that no more than that Emeral and Jade remain happy healthy and wealthy. Most of all, for the members of Arsenal, it easy work, mostly intel gathering, guarding and looking tough. Doing absolutely nothing most days for a whopping weekly check.

So they made sure earn theur check when the time came. Today, with 5 packages warming their cells. They were in the delema, they had a taste to complete but not the men to complate it. More specifically, the woman.

"Alpha" David respectfully got Roy's attention. "Torturing isn't as easy or simple as it appears. " He began and Roy waited for him to continue. "Nevertheless, we can not deny this request. It would entail unforeseen complications. You may have to lift the Jane from her suspension"

"No" Eliza answered for her cousin. She may not see him as alpha, but she made damn sure treat him as one when in the presence of others. "As a man, would you go back on your word?" She asked the former second. "How about as a leader? Do you think being as fickle as the leaf in the wind earns any respect?" She challenged.

"I would agree with you, under different circumstances" Matthew began, coming to the aid of his long time friend. But he too was put aside and lashed with her words.

"There are no different circumstances, only one circumstance and people who see them differently." Eliza then turned away from the duo and ascanned her eyes over the rest of the council as she continued to speak.

"Jane earned her punishment, she was suspended last night if my information is correct. And i am sure they are. What message do you think it would send to her if our alpha were to lift it the very next day?" She questioned. No one spoke, they all knew the answer but none dared to speak it. Eventually, Matthew bite down on his lower lip and presevered.

"We don't have a choice" He says. Eliza's gaze once again fell upon him and she raised a brow and called to their pride as members of the ever powerful Arsenal.

"We're a pack of over 5000 members, are you telling me no one else knows how to loosen lips" Silence once more .And this time, surprisingly it was Dimitri that spoke up.

"With all due respect. We don't have the time to hold interviews." He said and various members quietly agreed. Eliza smiled, finally they were right where she wanted them.  None knew it, or maybe some did, but they had all caged. At the moment they were no different than a small animal eating off the palm of her hand. Nibbling away unaware of the claws that surrounded them. The only surviver would have to be her baby cousin that had never once been cute enough to wounder into her traps.

Even now, from beginning Roy just sat silently on his chair allowing her to set the stage.

"We don't need to." Eliza raised her chin.  She turned around to face her cousin, a sinister smile creeping in her heart. "I'm sure i know the man for the job." She says, certain that the following reveal will shock even her uncute cousin. Her spoken words had not even yet fallen when there came a knock on the door. A soft but rapid, tock tock tock that Roy was becoming very familiar with.
