"I heard about Emerald and Jade " Dimitri voiced to his student. They were on their usual field, far away from prying eyes, as they stretched after a morning workout.

"Everyone has by now" Aaron absently responded. What happens in the tombs were no secret, but those details were usually so common around the pack that noone took interrest. Not even now that it was being run by the human mate of their alpha. On the contary, the stigma revolving humans lead the masses to believe that the methods Aaron applied would be both boring and overdone. That is, until those representative from Emeral and Jade walked out with trembling legs and pale faces. Even David looked slightly spooked while Aaron bathed in the staring gaze of his comfused and somewhat proud looking mate.

No one who she spilled the beans. The representatives could barely breath without gagging let alone talk. Roy was not one to casually disclose anything of information nor would many be capable or brave enough to ask him for any. As for David, if it really came from him then no on was going to disclosed that knowledge.

"Grimm  used to say ." Dimitri finished his mouvements and turned to face Aaron with a sigh. "That wolves are natures housewives"

"What are you getting at?" The half breed also stopped and turned to face his coach. Though the ceremony was over, there was the chance that Aaron would be challenged during the next ceremony. Thus their trainning was to continue until Dimitri deemed otherwise and Aaron didnt mind the excersise.

"I'm saying that we know everything, everything you, or in this case" The warrior gave Aaron a strange look. "Don't do, "

"I've been locked up for years Dimitri. I'm not confident in my ability to read between the lines of everyday conversations." Aaron narrowed his eyes as he spoke with a bored tone. Irritated, Dimitri clicked his tongued and fell into a moment of deep though before comming to a visuably helpless decison.

"You know, because of your little demonstration at the ceremony. Some people see me as the traitor that let a half breed blood sucker into the pack." He stated. Aaron marely lift a brow. Dimitri didn't linger and soon closed the distance between them and lowered his voice.

"Even though Adrian was defeated, it was as a member of this pack, you didn't even chalange his position as captain. Despite you victory, no one has accepted you as the alpha's mate and-."

"I'm not an idiot Dimitri" Aaron interrupted what seemed like a never ending string of rambling.

True to his appearance, Dimitri was the socially akward jock that only knew communictaion via physical contact. Verbal exchanges on any subject outside of trainning and fights were approached with diarrhea of the mouth.

"Then why haven't you slept with the alpha yet?" The warrior blurred out.

"Pardon?" Aaron assumed he had misheard.

"You don't have his scent on you, for some, that means anyone has a chance,  Adrian still has a chance." Dimitri tried to explained, unfortunetly Aaron was currently having comprehensional malfunctions and those took long than usual to respond.

"It a popular belief here in Arsenal that mates are bad. In reality, we only detest destined mates, the luna's mates. Regular couples are however well repected. Most people find a partener and remain loyal. Maybe not forever byt the adverage relationship shelflife is about 7 years. " Dimitri continued.

"Going by your logic" Aaron was finally able to catch himself and speak up. "Me and Roy still have 6 years and 9 months before we expire."

"No, you would have had you had sex. For us, it's more then just pleasure, it scenting, it's marking. For some, the fact that the alpha hasn't marked you as his yest means that he hasn't accepted you as his mate." The larger built man looked sighed. "Some are even saying that Adrian is still his lover." To this, Aaron glared.
