Valentina's POV:
Once everyone was settled down..it was story time.
Lol that made me feel like a kid.
"Max why don't you go watch your cartoon?", Lucas said
"Yeah whenever our older brothers are included in a conversation it's boring Max..go save yourself from boredom", Daniel smiled waving his hands
My older brothers narrowed their eyes down at Daniel. I chuckled
"Okay, but Tina remember your promise", Max said with a pointed look.
"Oh yes I remember.. we'll do it in an hour", I smile and nod
"Okay", Max smiles and runs to his room
Now everyone's attention is on us.
"So basically after you all got kidnapped everyone was devastated. Ben immediately asked me and Val to fly down to Italy from America for safety purposes and we did. For days everyone was coping with it in different ways", Matteo starts
Dad and Ales gave a grateful look to Ben.
"Damon and Lucas were the same hotheads as earlier, but with a level increase in anger. Deigo was the most calm and reasonable one among us. Matteo was basically emotionless I guess. No humor, no smiling, no laughing nothing. Just cold. Daniel became very emotional. He could pour tears anytime and was not our silly brother anymore. Marcus was almost as same as Matteo. He would also get angry easily and became cold", I sigh
Grandpa, Dad and Uncles look at all of us kids sadly. My brothers frown sadly.
"Max was probably the only one who kept us sane. He unconsciously kept us all calm. Even though he asked many questions about you all it was easy to be around him. Being with him would immediately difuse our anger", Daniel smiled
"Mom, Aunt Isabella and Grandma were in the worst condition I guess. They were losing hope as days passed. They kept taking care of all of us of course, but we could see them emotionally exhausted", Marcus said softly
Aunties and Grandma had tears in their eyes. My Uncles and Grandpa hug them. My brothers sigh hard.
"Ben became our elder brother. He would take care of us, mafias, spearing every minute to search for you everyday and still manage to keep us mentally strong", Deigo said smiling at Ben.
My entire family turns towards him and looks at him with love and fondness.
"Ben I can't begin to thank you for what you've done for this family. You're the reason we weren't much worried about our family's safety. I can bet my life on you", Grandpa smiled
"I'm so thankful and proud of you to immediately take responsibility of our mafia buddy. You have no idea how relieved I was when I heard you've temporarily taken over my position. You made the right decisions throughout", Ales smiled
"I'm the most thankful for taking care of our kids Ben. You're like my kid too. I'm glad you protected our kids while we weren't here. You're the reason Dimitri couldn't have them like us", Dad smiled
"He constantly helped me with Italian mafia as well. I couldn't have handled it if it wasn't for him", Aunt Isabella praised
"I can't even imagine the work load of taking care of two huge mafias Ben. You're the reason Dimitri couldn't attack our mafias even though he had hold of the Dons..me and Ales", Leo said
Exactly.
"You managed to keep Vladimir in highest protection so Dimitri couldn't get him. I'm proud of you son", Grandma smiled
