Valentina's POV:
After Vladimir was killed they took his body away. Me and my family were now about to leave the building and go back home when some of our men approached me.
"Ms Costello I'm really impressed by your fighting skills", one man said happily
"You're more fierce than your brothers..no offense bosses", one man chuckled
"Thanks", I laugh
"None taken. She is fierce", Elijah shrugged along with my other brothers.
"Yeah.. wouldn't want to mess with her", Xavier snickered
Oldies smiled and nodded.
"Yeah to be honest we've never seen a mafia princess this strong and bold. We really are proud to be serving this mafia", one man smiled widely
The other men nod in agreement.
"Thank you so much", I grin
"When did you learn so much? I thought boss didn't want to involve you into this business?", One man asked curiously looking at Ales
"I didn't, but she learnt all this when we were kidnapped", Ales said
"Well I wanted to be able to protect you all and not just stay in the house waiting for others to do my job", I said rolling my eyes.
The men looked at me with impressed faces. Some were shocked like they didn't expect this.
"Wow..to be frank we all have this image of girls of rich family being all obnoxious, self absorbed and brats but seeing you..it made us rethink", one of our men said
"You're very family driven and that's a very good quality to find in someone. The love you have for your family is quite inspiring", one man smiled.
"Well that's what a family means. I would do it for anyone I love", I smile and shrug
"It was really nice meeting you personally Ms Costello", one man smiled
"It was nice meeting you too. But what's with you guys calling me Ms Costello...it makes me look like an old lady which I'm not. I'm younger than all of you", I grimace
Everyone laughs.
"Bambina that's how they greet everyone", Leo shrugged
"Well I wouldn't mind if you called me Valentina. I mean I would prefer you use my name", I smile.
"Sure Valentina", the men smiled
"Okay bye guys we're leaving", Antonio smiled
Our men nod and get back to their work and we all leave the building and go home.
We soon reached home and sat down in the living room.
"I was wondering if we should leave back for New York tomorrow morning", Dad said once everyone sat down.
"What? Noooo", Daniel whines
"Come on Uncle Vince stay here for some more time", Marcus pouts
"Yeah this is your home anyway", Damon frowned
"Guys we live in New York not Italy", Ales pointed out
"Still", Deigo mumbled
Dad, Elijah and Ales chuckled a bit.
