Oikawa's POV.

"If I would've known you were this amazing, I never would have hid from you in high school," I sighed in a dreamy manner. I straddled his lap, pecking his lips after he sat on the couch. We just finished putting away the groceries that we got at the store.

"Really now?"

"You're too perfect, Ushiwaka. You excel at volleyball, you've beaten me and went to nationals, you're cooking is drool worthy, you worry and care about me, you take care of me, you wash the dishes, you never leave me alone when I need you, you go with me to buy groceries, you help me put them away...you are just on top of things."

"I'm missing one thing," he muttered. I cocked my head to the side. "Toru Oikawa." I swallowed as my full name rolled off his tongue. "Will you be my boyfriend?" My face burned, and I swear steam exploded from my face in a big puff.

"Yes," I managed through the shock. I leaned down and allowed the kiss to come. "Of course," I murmured against his lips.

"I have something for you," he claimed.

"Ushiwaka! You didn't have to get me anything. I didn't even get you anything!"

"That's fine by me. I got us matching bracelets. I got you a blue one because you're school was blue. I got me a pink one for my school color." He fished in his pocket. I felt his hand against my inner thigh through both of our jeans.

He purposely pressed his hand harder against me before pulling his hand out of his pocket, revealing a long, black box. He slowly opened the lid revealing a blue bracelet on the top row and a pink bracelet on the bottom row. They were tiger eye gemstone bracelets.

"How much did you spend on these?" I immediately questioned.

"A little over 2,000 yen."

"2,000!" I cried. I looked down at the bracelets before looking back at him. I alternated between the two continuously. "When?"

"A while ago."

"Such a vague time!"

"I know. That's the point."

"Wakatoshi..."

"Toru..."

"Why?"

"Because I could."

"Don't waste money on me anymore."

"I will never promise that."

"Why not?"

"You are mine to spoil now."

"Y-yours?" My face flushed.

"Obviously. You're my boyfriend."

"I love you," I blurted.

"I love you more," he chuckled.

"No you don't," I pouted. He rolled his eyes at me. He leaned forward, biting my pouted lip.

For some odd reason, I just realized that each time we were in this position on the couch, he was slumped against the couch. It came to my mind when he sat up straight, and he towered over me. He looked down at me as I gazed up into his olive eyes.

"Whatever helps you sleep, Love," he said. For the millionth time today, my face flushed at his words. Was he trying to make my face evaporate? Like damn. He really loves to embarrass me.

"When are we going to tell our friends?" I asked him innocently. He searched my eyes carefully.

"I think Tendo already knows," he confessed. I hummed before tracing my lips along his adam's apple.

"I'm pretty sure Iwa-chan has his suspicions, too. Should we tell them soon?"

"I think that would be best."

"Better than waiting forever and a half," I muttered. He nodded, and I laid my head on his shoulder, cuddling into him.

Rin was fast asleep in my room on my bed. I almost forgot he was around. I only watched him come out to get some food and a drink when we were putting the food and stuff away. He sure loves his naps. It must be because my bed's more comfortable than that kennel he slept in for who knows how long.

"Tomorrow?" I blinked as his voice ripped me from my train of thoughts.

"Is that long enough?" I asked. He nodded. I smiled softly into his chest. "Then I trust your judgement. We can have like a mini gathering for all of us." His fingers tangled themselves in my hair, gently yanking my head back, so my eyes locked with his. I groaned at the feeling. "What did I do now?"

He simply ignored me, forcing his lips upon mine. I sighed in content at the feeling of his warmth enveloping me. The familiar feeling of his lips on mine brought me security and comfort. Then he pulled away, and we panted heavily.

"You're a good boy," he praised, stroking his thumb back and forth on my scalp. I shivered, covering it up terribly with an eyeroll.

"Wow. Thanks for making it sound like I'm a dog."

"I'm only saying the truth and nothing but the truth." With one last eyeroll, I just got cozy on him and rested against him as he turned on the TV to watch.
