Alaska

Alaska likes to be alone, George understands this. But he also worries because he was the loner in school.

Alaska is probably the most accepting of George using his real name, he lowkey likes it.

Hawaii is the only other one he lets call him Alex

Sometimes if George is working in the living room, Alaska will let sit with him and read or watch TV and they sit in comfortable silence.

One morning when George gets back from his morning run, he and Alaska strike up a conversation about working out.

The next morning, Alaska joins him. And the morning after.

Alaska in George's phone: Alex

George in Alaska's phone: 6pat (brother)

Florida was comforted by the sound of the blender.

George went on runs super early in the morning, like sunrise early in the morning. Florida didn't worry; after all George grew up in Orlando all his life and knew where to go and where to stay away from, but when the morning was a little more dark or George took an extra lap, Florida could feel his chest fill with worry.

But hearing the blender, meaning that George was making one those disgusting green smoothies to have before going back to bed, meant that George was home and safe and would soon rejoin Florida for cuddles.

That morning, Florida smiled softly when he heard the blender go off in the kitchen. He briefly wondered if he could convince George to add some tequila to his drink to make it more interesting, but his ears perked up when he heard George talking.

"Want some of this?" George asked, making Florida sit up.

"No, I don't drink that shit." A gruffier voice answered making Florida really take notice.

"It's really good! Peter enjoys it." George argued.

"Peter also enjoys being a whiny bitch." The gruff voice answered. Florida kicked the sheets off of him and moved towards the door. He recognized that voice but who was it? No one else was up at this time except George, maybe Coco if he had been on a binge the night before. Florida opened the door slightly and peeked out, trying to adjust his eyes to the darkness of the kitchen. George was standing at the counter, pouring himself a glass of smoothie while someone else in a fuzzy winter hat, leaned against the counter with his arms crossed.

Alaska?

"You sure?" George asked, and Florida briefly swooned at how sweaty he looked. He usually didn't shower until he officially had to be up and Florida thought he looked particularly hot drenched.

"I'm positive, don't need those leafy greens." Alaska said. With a shrug, George knocked back his glass of smoothie and swallowed.

"Gotta say 6pat you were nearly catching up to me back there." Alaska announced as George wiped his mouth.

"Oh bull, you were eating my dust three streets back." George said with a smirk, pouring himself another glass.

"I've outrun moose and wolves, I think I can outrun you." Alaska teased making George snort.

"You've got a weird life Alex." George snorted. "Same time tomorrow?"

"If you can catch up." Alaska smirked. George turned to make his way back to his bedroom, making Florida panic and instantly jump back into bed. He just got the covers back over him when George entered, finishing his second smoothie and putting the glass down on the dresser. Quietly George climbed back into bed, and spooned Florida who pretended just to wake up.

"Mmph--love?"

"Just went for a run babes, I'm here now." George whispered burying his face back into Florida's shoulder. The reporter fell back asleep almost instantly but Florida was still stunned awake. Alaska didn't have many friends at the Statehouse besides Hawaii, and could she even count if they were dating? Were he and George friends? What caused them to bond?

And what the hell was 6pat?

That morning when the house was in full swing at breakfast, Florida quietly opened Google Translate as George snacked on his usual breakfast and finished up his notes for that day's telecast. He typed in '6pat' and translated it to English, then softly gasped at the result.

"Babes?" George called and Florida glanced up at his boyfriend's worried eyes as he slowly chewed on the piece of avocado toast.

"N-Nothing....just a funny meme Robert sent." Florida quickly lied, taking George's hand.

They clearly bonded enough for Alaska to start calling him 'brother'.
