Amelia pulls away and goes back to her original spot. She smiles at me and then just looks around. Meanwhile I'm in shock. Me. She kissed ME. Of all people. The other girls are shocked too, but Becky just looks pissed. I don't care really because Amelia kissed me.

Becky glares at me. "Truth or dare, Delia."

"But you just did one for Amelia." Bella says.

"Does it look like I care," She snaps back, "I can do what I want."

"Dare, I guess." I say, confidently.

"I want you to dump a bucket of ice cold water on your head." Becky smirks.

"But it's chilly outside. She'll get a cold." Amelia jumps in with.

"No, it's fine." I say, "I do anything to make this jealous bitch happy." They all gasp and look at me. Becky leads the way to get a bucket from the garage.

"I didn't know you had it in you to say that." Emma says to me.

"I didn't either."

Becky comes back into the kitchen where we all are and feels the bucket with ice cold water. She steps over to the fridge and dumps some ice into it.

"Delia, are you sure you want to do this? You don't have to." Amelia says, concerned.

"It's all good. Can you hold my phone?" I hand her my phone so it doesn't get ruined and we head outside.

Becky shoves the bucket into my hands. She steps back to where everyone else is and laughs. 'It can't be that cold can it?' I think to myself. And with that thought I dump the water all over my head and body. Chunks of ice fall into my hoodie and cause me to jump. Luckily I had a shirt on underneath so I throw off my hoodie, the shirt more dry than the hoodie.

"Cold, cold, cold, cold." I stutter and throw the bucket right at Becky, whilst she's laughing.

Amelia and the others rush over to hand me a towel so I can somewhat dry my hair off and face.

"Can we do something else please?" I stammer, teeth chattering.

"Yeah, let's head over to my house real quick." Amelia says.

"I'm sorry, Amelia but we have to go," Bella says and gestures to the other two, "We said we'd be home by four."

"That's fine. Let's go, Delia. Bye guys" Amelia says as we walk away, with my bike.

Amelia's house is only a couple blocks away from house, on the avenue. I park my bike out front and we head up the steps into the house. My hair is starting to dry but I'm still cold to my bones.

"I thought you would like one of my sweatshirts, since you know, your other one is soaked."

"No, no, it's fine really," I stammer.

"No, I don't think so," She says and throws one to me, "You're cold and you know it. Give it back to me on Monday. Or whenever." She winks at me.

I throw it on because, yes I was very cold. I smell the sweatshirt, it smells great. I don't wanna take it off. It smells just like jasmine, with a hint of mint. 'Such a calming scent.' I think.

"Thank you," I smile.

"Aye, no problem. Here's your phone." She hands me my phone and I quickly check my messages and stories. I groan.

"What is it?" She asks, concerned.

"Becky posted me dumping water all over my head."

"I'll talk to her for you. Wanna go into the living room?" And with that, we head into the living room and watch TV. We sit right next to each other. I must have fallen asleep because I open my eyes to someone poking me. I sit up to realize I've fallen asleep on Amelia's shoulder and she's the one who poked me.

"Hi, sleepy head." She jokes.

"Ha ha. What time is it?" I ask, collecting my barings.

"A little after 6, why?"

"Shit, shit, shit." I grab my phone and soaked hoodie. "My parents are gonna be pissed."

"Oh."

"It's fine. text you later?"

"Yeah, I would like that."

I rush out the door and hope onto my bike. I pedal as fast as I can to my house. By the time I put my bike into the back shed my mom and dad are standing out front. Looking more made than ever.

"Where have you been, young lady?" My dad asks sternly, arms across his chest.

"I was hanging out with some friends."

"Yeah, but you know the rule, you have to be back by five. It's after six."  My dad says.

"I was watching some TV with Amelia and I accidently fell asleep, okay?" I say, letting the name slip out.

"Who's Amelia? And why is your hoodie soaked?" My mom asks.

"She's a friend and we were playing truth or dare." I answer.

"OK. Is that Amelia's sweatshirt?"

"Yes,"

"Okay. We're done. Let's go in." We all head inside and I go into my room.

My phone has been blowing up from messages from Jackie and Rose. I tell them everything, from Amelia's dare, to the dare I had to do, to the falling asleep at Amelia's. I'm still wearing her sweatshirt, smiling like a idiot. My friends are fangirling over it, saying she likes me and that.

"Delia, she wouldn't give you her sweatshirt and invite you over to her house if she didn't." Rose exclaims.

"I don't wanna get my hopes up alright."

"Is she a good kisser?" Jackie asks.

"JACKIE!" Rose and I shout into the phone.

"What? I'm curious."

"To be honest, I don't know. I was in shock. But I do remember the taste of peach chap stick."

My friends 'Oooo' and I laugh. We talk a little bit more and then we say goodnight. I go downstairs to take a shower. I'm brushing out my hair when I get a call from Amelia.

"Aye, what's up?" I say, realizing its a video chat on snapchat.

"Not much, I got bored so I decided to call you."

"Aww, how sweet, you miss me," I joke.

"Oh shut up," she chuckles, "Did you just get out of the shower or did you dump more water on you?

"I took a shower, you know to be clean." I pick up my phone and head back upstairs. I quickly say goodnight to my parents and head into my room.

"Oh hardy harr har," She laughs, I love her laugh. She looks so pretty, she's not wearing her glasses right now so her eyes look more vibrant.

"What are you looking at?" She asks.

'God damn it, I did it again.'

"I was looking at you. Specifically your eyes." I say shyly. I'm laying in bed by now, so I turn myself on my side.

"That's so sweet,"

I blush. She's good at making me do that.

I'm talking about a theory I have when I look at my phone to see Amelia fell asleep. I take a quick screenshot to hold it as prove she fell asleep on video chat with me. I set my phone up so I don't disturb it while I sleep.

"Goodnight, Amelia," I whisper and go to sleep.
