Valentine's Day.
A holiday celebrated by many around the world. A day of love and passion. A day you never minded too much. Sure you haven't had a valentine, but you still loved the holiday. You used it as a day of self love and to express love toward your friends and family.
Well, that all changed this Valentines.
You finally had one, Ron Weasley.
Your boyfriend of about six months, first Valentine's, you had to make sure everything was perfect.
You knew of his the things he loved, the things he hated, and all that jazz, you also knew that he wanted a lowkey day just for you two.
You had the perfect plan! You had a picnic ready, all his favorite foods included, then just hanging out either outside or in the common room, doing whatever you guys wanted, and finally a night spent together, dinner maybe and sweets.

When you woke up on the morning of Valentine's, you rushed around your room to get ready before meeting Ron down in the common room. When you got there, the boy wrapped you in a hug, a warm smile on his face.
"Happy Valentine's Day"
You smiled, "Happy Valentine's Day Ron"
"So, what do you wanna do today?" he asked, sitting on the couch, bringing you with him.
"Well, I was thinking we could go and have a picnic, if you want, and then I have a few gifts for you and such"
The boy grew excited, immediately pecking you on the lips before standing up with you and leaving the common room.
As the two of you eat outside after your picnic, you thought over what to do next. It was about one in the afternoon, still plenty of time to do things, but you weren't sure what.
How you ended up cuddled with Ron in his bed so quickly was beyond you, but you weren't mad about it at all. Eventually you did sit up, making him whine slightly.
"I'm gonna get your gift Ron"
"Oh, alright then, hurry back"
And so you did rush to your room, grab the gifts, and rush back to find him sitting on his bed, gifts around him. The two of you sat down, exchanging gifts, laughing, talking, and sharing a few kisses in between.
Valentine's Day, again something you didn't like the most, but Ron Weasley made it oh so much better.
