Two's better than one

Chapter 8 - Meeting the Parents

In the span of twenty four hours two handsome boys found out about me being little, my parents practically disowned me and I am meeting the parents of one of my crushes. I sat quietly thinking about what the hell happened. The boys and I decided that I will rotate between their places till we have something better sorted out. Luckily both Orion and Jace were able to convince their parents to allow this.

As we pull into a driveway of which I assume is Orion's I see two people standing outside of the door. As the engine of the car comes to a halt they walk towards us. On the left is his mother with waist length golden blonde hair and on the right his father who looked almost identical to Orion.

"Hi boys." His mother says giving Orion a kiss on his cheek. "You must be Kian. Let me tell you my son and Jace have been talking non stop about you ever since the first day of school." She says as she pulls me into a hug. "Now let's get you settled down. I hope you don't mind having to stay with Orion while you stay."

As we entered the house I heard the laughter of children. Orion had said he had siblings but I didn't know how many or how old they were. As soon as they heard the door shut they all came running over to their big brother. There were four of them the oldest two were identical twins around 13 next was a girl she was about 8 and last was an adorable little boy who was around 3. After hugging their brother to death the noticed timid little me. The older ones stayed back but the little boy was quite the investigator and described to come over to me. After he started at me for a little he raised his arms and whispered the cutest little "up please.". As I pulled the little boy up from the ground Orion's family all chuckled.

"Yous rions fwiend? Wike Jay?" He asked his innocent eyes looking up to me.

"You could say that." I respond

"Yous has sweep ovew?"

"Ya." I respond chuckling a little. After playing with the kids who I found out names were Draco, Crux, Andromeda and Phoenix we sat down with Orion's parents.

"As you know this is Kian. His parents kicked him out because of you know what so me and Jace offered to take him in." Orion explained. I looked down at my fidgeting hands.

"Yes we know and we are fine with this but no sex while we are home." His father stated as my cheek were washed in red. I tried to speak up but Orion's mother had cut over me.

"Us and Jaces parents have talked and if you guys wish we can buy the three of you an apartment however you have to help pay some. But for now Kian you will be going between our house in theirs till things get a little more settled down and we find a comfortable place for you three." She stated. We talked over some of the rules of me staying here and chatted about while Lena (Orion's mother) made a simple lunch.

By the time I was sorta finished putting stuff in Orion's room Jace had showed up. So we decided to play some board games with the family. We played Pictionary, apples to apples, hungry hippo which was phoenix's choice and finally the game of life. By the time we were done Lena and Mik (Orion's father) had started making dinner as us kids watched some Netflix. After a few episodes of sweet tooth the food was ready. We all sat around the table which lead the house to be filled with laughter when Jace and Orion tried to get the seat next to me but Phoenix stole it while they were fighting. Let me say Lena's cooking was great and the best home cooked meals I've had in a long time. After dinner Jace had to get back home and it was phoenix's bed time which caused quite the fight because he wanted to stay up for the 'sleepover'. The rest of the night was relatively chill I got to know Orion's family better and I finally felt like I had people who cared.

"Kian and I are going to get some rest I know it was a stressful day for him." Orion said picking my slumped form up from the couch. Everyone said good night as we headed to his room. He placed me on the bed kissing my head before helping me get changed. "Time to get some sleep little one." With that we both snuggled together and fell into dream land.
