"ugh my stomach is killing me" i said to myself

my stomach had been cramping up soo bad these past 3 days and my back was killing me

i really wanted janae to be by me rn but she had to work

"ughhh" i said sitting up hanging my feet over the bed cs i had to pee

i felt so weak like i could barely make it from my bed to the bathroom

I finally got there and sat on the toilet peeing i seen a small spot of blood in my panties

i took a wash up changed put on a pad thinking it was a period & got back in the bed watching sam & cat till i dozed off

(due to her being pregnant and not knowing much about it she didn't pay the small stain any mind so dont come for her pls 😭)

few hours i felt nae waking me up saying she had food

i took the food and she sat at the foot of my bed eating her food

the smell of the food when i opened up mh burger made me feel the urge to throw up

"oh god" i said jumping out of the bed going to the toilet to throw up

"yo kia you good" nae asked holding my hair back

"ion think this normal you been complaining bout your head , back , stomach and throwing up for what 2 days now" she said

"3 actually and today i came to use it and i had a little bit of blood in my panties" i said getting up then brushing my teeth

"this doesn't sound right get ready we gone go to the doctor while its still early" nae said leaving out to call her boss to let her know she might be a little late

we got to the doctor after like 20 minutes then they were taking forever to call me back i started to feel lightheaded

"nae" i said patting her arm feeling myself pass out

"huh" i heard her say before i closed my eyes not being able to respond

"jakia wtf" i heard and felt her shaking me before everything went black

"aye my sister we been here for like 30 minutes and she just passed out" i said running to the desk

"okay ma'am remain calm" she said pressing a button which made nurses run out to my sister

"kia" i said coming behind the nurses

"im sorry ma'am but you cant come back here rn" one of the nurses said

"oh my godd" i dragged going back to sit down and call diyah

she didn't pick up she must've been at work i thought

i held my thumb over kaceion number tryna see if i wanted to call him or not

finally deciding i ended up calling him anyways

he answers and i explained everything to him

"alright im on my way luvv stay up" he said before hanging up

i placed my head in my hands thinking about how rough my life has been since my mama left i never understood how a mom could just up and leave her kids , little humans that heard her heart be from the inside like you'd think after 9 months of carrying a baby and going through all the when it got here you wanna wanna do everything in your power to keep the child safe but my moms did the exact opposite crazy

getting broken out of my thoughts i heard ace come sut by me

"you good" he asked

"yea some what i guess" i said laying on his shoulder as he nodded his head

"you got here fast" i said

"ik i was flying to get here" he said laughing making me laugh

"awe your really sweet af" i said looking at him making her push me off him

he hated when i told him how nice he was being

"ight nie"he said

like an hour later the doctor came out

"family of jakia daniels" that would be me i said standing up

well she's well but she's asleep now see the bad news is she's lost her baby and the baby has been deceased for for a week now"

"we've went through the process off her pushing and everything so we could get the baby out im sorry you couldn't be back there we didn't know it was that until we got back there then we had to immediately go into surgery to get the baby" the doctor said

"& she was having a girl btw we've took her after birth pictures i'll have a nurse back out here with them

i felt tears stinging at my eyes

"mmcht why my family" i said walking back over to kaceion to sit down

"idk luvv but i guess everything happens for a reason right" he said

"i guess" i said as the nurse came out with the pictures giving them to me and telling me how they would keep her over night

"imma go tell her bye then imma be tight back out & we can go to your house" i said walking to the back to see jakia

soon as i walked in he we both started crying like babies

"i really wanted her after all i was ready to hold her and be her mommy nae my baby is dead" kia said baeling her eyes out

"i know kia im sorry i wish shit was different" i said trying to comfort her
