Oh my gosh am I actually getting a holiday preference written and posted on time???? Waaaaah! Lol anyway here you are: an update. Happy Valentines Day guys <3 Who are you spending your day with? LUKE: It's not that he forgot because he remembered, he did: Valentine’s Day is in two week, February 14. You had made it clear enough putting a large pink heart on the kitchen calendar. What he did forget, was that the band would be in LA by then. So here you were waking up alone on Valentine’s Day to a letter from Luke in his place. A letter - a fucking letter! He couldn't even face you to say he would be leaving; instead he kissed you goodnight and was on a plane by 2am. "Lucas Robert Hemmings you have 5 minutes to explain yourself starting right now." As soon as you were sure the time difference wouldn't be a bother, you phoned Luke's cell fuming. "Baby I swear I remembered! And I can prove it." "How? Luke, you promised me a fun Valentine’s Day this year and look what you've gone and done. You're all the way in LA and I'm here all alone-" "Hey!" He interrupted your rambling, "you aren't alone. I had already bought your gift last week. It's in the shed in the backyard. I had a whole speech set up but I'm not there to say it." "You can still give the speech," You said quietly making your way to the backyard. "No I can't. I worked hard on it and I wanna see your reaction. Skype later?" You pulled back the shed door to see it filled to the brim with white roses and one of those life-size teddy bears. "Oh Luke...” you gasped, your hand covering your mouth. “Happy Valentine’s Day (Y/N)."

CALUM: "For the last time Calum, no." You say, exasperated not only from a full day of school but from your best friend's antics. Since Wednesday of last week he has been asking if you have a date in mind for the Sadie Hawkins Valentine’s day dance at your school. The girls are supposed to ask the guys, and your experience with boys, on any level, is nonexistent. The only boys you actually interact with at your school are Luke, Ashton and Michael, and that's only because you're Calum's best friend. "Oh c'mon (Y/N)! The dance is tonight there's no boy you wanna ask?" Pushing your concern for Calum, and his new curiosity with your dating pool aside, you thought of any guy you could ask last minute. You thought and thought all the way home in Calum's car before he stopped in front of your house. "Uh, is Ashton going with anyone?" You turned to find Calum shocked and red-faced. He furrowed his eyebrows, "Ashton? You wanna go with Ashton?" "Well I don't mind going alone but you keep asking me to choose a guy and he seems like a nice choice." "What about me!" Now it was your turned to be shocked. You had been so set on going alone, you never considered all your options. It finally makes sense his constant questioning and increased interest - Calum wants to go with you. "Y-you wanna go with me?" You asked, slightly leaning over the center consol. "I wanted you to go with me but now you wanna go with Ashton." He rolled his eyes and placed his hands on the steering wheel, eyes anywhere but you. "Do you still need a ride tonight or will you catch one with Ashton?" He grumbled. "I need the ride, after all you are my date." You smirked, kissing his cheek and exiting the car.

MICHAEL:  We all know Michael is soft kitty and a sucker for a good cuddle. I feel, that for this Valentine’s Day, you two would spend the day in watching romance comedies, and playing video games, snuggled up together with chocolates - you don't particularly like them but Michael is in love and ends up eating the whole box. For him, later on in the night, you would cook dinner; you tried to make his mom's signature pot pie and almost ended up burning your house down. He then requested you two order pizza and you caved. As you sat and ate your heart shaped pizza, with toppings arranged to spell 'I Luv U', Michael couldn't help but think of how lucky he is to have a girl as simple and loving as you. "Why are you looking at me like that?" Unaware of the string of cheese on your chin. Michael chuckled and wiped it away, "Nothing just admiring the view."

ASHTON: (Y/N), this is bound to be one of the most cliché speeches I've ever made. Not only is it on Valentine’s Day, but I know you like that. The day we met, I'll be honest, I thought you were loud and borderline obnoxious in Central Park with your girlfriends. But once I stopped rolling my eyes, I realized you were in a heated debate about gender and racial equality. Your voice was so powerful and you were so passionate I had no choice but to listen. It was the first time I saw your compassionate nature and I knew I had to go over and talk to you. Since then, you've continued to amaze me - you've been my rock through good and bad times; a source of unlimited and unconditional love; and a teacher on issues I otherwise would have felt weren't important because they do not concern me; Not to mention my brain half the time when I don't know what I'm talking about. The boys are still jealous I snatched you up because you're absolutely magnificent in beauty and personality. You're like some exquisite unicorn and unicorns are a once in a lifetime thing baby, and I don't wanna lose you. So, today, will you do the honor of becoming my unicorn, valentine and wife? (Y/N Y/L/N), will you marry me?
