Chapter 01

Someone's POV

I was eyeing our engenes when one of them caught my attention. Her eyes were glimmering from afar as she was anticipating for her turn. Marami rin siyang bitbit na paperbag at bahagya siyang gumagalaw-galaw sa kinatatayuan niya na parang hindi mapakali.

She looks different from most of the engenes but I mean it in a good way.Her skin was slightly tanned and she has pretty almond eyes. She was wearing a pair of ankle boots. Fitted white pants and a black turtle neck.

Maganda siya...

Napangiti ako at ibinaling ko ang atensiyon sa iba pa naming fans. Our engenes are all wonderful and we value them more than they can imagine. As a team, we face difficulties a lot pero palagi kong iniisip kung bakit ko ba to ginagawa in the first place,and one of those reasons is to make all these people happy.

When I was a trainee, I thought that being able to debut would be my greatest achievement but it's all different now.

Anong nagbago? because today, I think our greatest achievement is knowing that our fans are proud to say that they are an engene.

I kept myself entertained by listening to our fans and doing their requests. Pero hindi ko pa 'rin mapigilang mapalingon sa gawi niya. Malapit na siya and something inside me feels so excited because I'd finally be able to talk to her.

Sino kayang bias niya? Ako ba?

Well if not, I'll make sure to make her swerve today.

The staff guided her up the stage pero parang may mabilis na nagiba sa mukha niya. She looks confused rather than happy.

I was ready to approach her as she was a few inches away from me pero ganun na lang ang disappointment na naramdaman ko ng bitawan niya ang dala-dala niyang mga paperbag at mabilis siyang tumakbo paalis.

That was a first. I glanced at the other members and they looked confused as well. Pinulot naman ng mga staffs yung mga gamit na iniwan niya sa sahig and a pink usb device with an eagle keychain slid out from one of the paperbags. Napakunot ang noo ko but nonetheless I still took it and kept it inside my pocket. Titignan ko na lang mamaya sa dorm kung anong laman.

Matapos ang fanmeeting ay umuwi na kami para magpahinga. I took a quick shower saka ako sumalampak sa sariling bunk bed. Antok na antok na ko but I was really wondering what's inside this usb. That's why I immediately plugged it on my laptop and opened the file.

I wore my earphones and I was expecting for a video greet pero audio lang pala.

"Uhm hi..." parang nahihiya pa niyang simula. Napangiti ako ng malawak, how cute.

"Hindi ako sigurado kung mapapakinggan niyo to, pero kung oo.., wow ang swerte ko." she chuckled, ang hinahon ng boses niya, I'm sure she'll sound good.

"Thank you for giving me a reason to smile everyday. Thank you for producing music that could turn a bad day into a brighter one. Enhypen this is for you."

She began singing Troye Sivan's Youth and I swear... it was the most angelic voice that I've ever heard of. She could literally pass as an idol trainee kung gugustuhin niya lang.

She stopped after singing the first chorus. Tumikhim siya at nahihiyang tumawa ulit like this was so awkward for her.

Ang cute naman talaga...

"For my second and last song, I dedicate this to my bias. Please wag naman sanang magtampo yung iba..hehe"

"Jay I love you so much" she said and I can imagine her smiling face kahit boses lang niya yung naririnig ko.
