Chapter 06

Lory's Point of View

A week passed and I must say that I have easily adjusted working in Hybe. Today's sunday at wala ring pasok ang enha,so that they could take a break and visit their families before going on a world tour.

Samantalang, nagreport naman ako sa university about how my internship program is going. It was kinda lonely to stay alone at the dorm,kaya dumaan din ako sa bahay. Miss ko na rin sila mama't papa pero hindi rin ako nagtagal dahil mahirap magpagabi sa daan.

I was walking back to our building when the heavy rain poured from the sky. Hindi naman madilim ang langit so I wasn't expecting this to happen. Napatakbo ako hanggang sa marating ko ang lobby ng dorm. I was drenched in water dahil wala akong payong. Nagmukha tuloy akong literal na basang sisiw.

I was typing the password for my unit ng may biglang nagtakip ng mata ko. I screamed as I panicked a little. Tinadyakan ko rin yung paa niya and I was ready to pounce on whoever this human is, nang bigla niya kong kinabig paharap. "Lory its me,chill"

It was Jay.

And he was also drenched with the rain, but unlike me...damn he still look dashing and admirable. He even brushed his hair back exposing his forehead. He looks so masculine with his plain white shirt, but I reminded myself not to look down kasi hindi ko alam kung anong klaseng himlayan ang naghihintay sakin.

Feeling ko lang meron,pero hindi pa ko handang iconfirm kung meron talaga!

"What are you doing here?" Tanong ko na lang as I keep my eyes on his face. Lory sa mukha lang ang tingin.

"Because I live here" he pointed out

"But how about your parents?"

"How about them?" he smirked "wanna meet them?"

"A-ano?! Bakit ko naman sila kailangan makilala?"

"Ewan ko, ang sakin lang willing naman akong ipakilala ka."he grinned at dahan-dahang lumapit sakin. My back was resting against the door when he pressed his hands beside my head and leaned forward. "Lory, I really want to get close with you."he stared down at me,with his eyes full of sincerity. Tiny droplets of water were also falling from the side of his head, but I just stood their frozen, while trying to catch my breath.

"Are you really this straightforward?" I asked, almost a whisper.

"Yeah." he bit his lip, not taking his eyes off of me as if I was the only person that he could see. I shivered when he touched the lose strands of my hair and placed it at the back of my ear. I was breathing heavily and I know we both could feel the different kind of friction between us, pero biglang pumasok sa isip ko ang mga pangaral ni Changmo. I pushed him a little at nagmamadaling pinindot ang passcode papasok sa unit but to my surprise,he followed me inside at dire-diretsong pumunta sa kusina.

"Bakit andito ka? May I remind you this is not your unit Mr.Park" striktong tono ko kuno pero sa totoo lang lambot na lambot na ko.

"Magbihis ka muna"he answered instead, Hindi man lang nito pinansin ang tanong ko.

"Ayoko" matigas kong sambit. He's so stubborn and so do I, hindi ako magpapatalo.

"Ok" he said

"Ok?" I have a bad feeling about this.

"Ako na lang ang magpapalit sayo."

"Tama! Ikaw na la--WHAT?!!" sinong papalitan niya ng damit? "NO!!" I screamed which only made him laugh while he's trying to cook something in the kitchen.

"I was kidding Lory" tuloy pa rin ang pagtawa nito.

"But seriously,  magpalit ka na. You'll catch a cold. And don't even try to say no or send me out again cause I will not. When I say I wanted to be close with you, this is where I begin." He said that made my mouth part a bit. I can't believe this is happening to me, but a part of my mind wanted this too either.
